Sir/ Madam,
Most humbly and respectfully, I want to state that the drainage system of our locality is not in a good condition. Water is overflowing from the drainage and making the place dirty. Pavments are broken. Roads having small pits in it.
People are facing many problems. Water is left stagnant in the pits due to which accidents are becoming common. They couldn't able to walk on the pavments due to its broken state. Water is everywhere. People are suffering badly. Some people are suffering from diseases because of the dirty environment.
Therefore, I want to request the concerned authorities to look into this situation and try to solve this. I shall be obliged for your consideration.
