1. You were taking a shower after a long day, relaxing as the warm water washed away the dirt and sweat of the day. Something from the drain wrapped around your foot, a blue tentacle emerging from it and pulling along a mass of tentacles as another wrapped around your other foot.
2. You had a habit of watching various heñtaī that featured tentacles and found an old book on summoning. You followed the instructions and drew a pentagram on the floor/wall and ended up summoning red tentacles that emerged and swayed.
3. You went swimming to have a chill day after a stressful week, calmly swimming along until something got you by your thigh and squeezed. Purple tentacles rose up and surrounded you.
4. Swimming on a pool day was fine, you'd done it a bunch of times before. This time tentacles emerged some no where and grabbed your legs, spreading them andgetting a tight grip.
5. You went adventuring in a dungeon filled with monsters and traps around every corner. Barely getting past you finally found the treasure room and went to the nearest chest. I think you can tell what's gonna happen.
6. You were walking down the hall of a school/college/university, passing by the lockers when one suddenly burst open and a tentacle zoomed out and grabbed you by the waist and started dragging you into the locker's fleshy pink interior.
