Living On Memories Of You

She was bleeding from her left thigh. She had never seen so much blood in her life before, not just hers, but her the prisoner's too. Even though she was conscious, she wasn't strong enough to move. She thought the priest was going to leave, thinking he had defeated the group, but his words took Mary Jane by surprise.
-Stand, daughter of Jotaro Kujo! I've already noticed you were able to block my atack to your vitals!
It was true. Jolyne was still disposed to fight. She used Stone Free to tie her wounds together and while dodging Whitesnake's attack, she used a handcuff to bond Pucci with her, not letting him escape from her stand's range.
Due to her angle and her fatigue, Mary couldn't properly follow the fight. She was trying her best not to close her eyes into unconsciousness, but she couldn't even sense the passing of time, all she could see was Anasui's dying body.
All of a sudden, the scenery suffered a slight change. In the man's head, a shiny circle-shaped object was peeking out. She didn't recognize it immediately, but once she focused her sight on it, she saw Jotaro's face. That's when she realized it was no other than the disc both her and her daughter would've sacrificed their lives for. It was their last hope to bring back that man they both loved so much secretly. If Anasui lost his life with the disc inside of him, it would disappear, next to Jotaro's future.
She started crawling hardly and slowly towards the body. The priest and her daughter realized of it, one glad, the other one worried. Jolyne knew she now didn't have to worry about that, since her mother had it covered, so she was preparing to attack her enemy. His goal wasn't the disc either, he only used it to force Jolyne out of his way, so he didn't go after it, he had to defend himself first.
-I... got it - Jane said
In front of seeing his overwhelming disadvantage, Pucci used Whitesnake to break the handcuffs and escape with the green baby. He was less injured than Jolyne, so he could run faster as he called for the guards. The young woman prioritized her allies' wellbeing and went to check on them.
-Mom, are you okey? -she asked - I'll sew your wounds with my string. How's Anasui?
-Bad -she replied
After a few seconds of silence, Jolyne noticed a vacant in the group.
-Where's F.F.? Mom, did you see her?
-No, I don't know.
A bright golden aura emanated from the man's body. Undoubtebly, a spirit. Not even anyone who didn't belive in life after death could deny that.
-No way, Anasui! -Jolyne shouted
-No, Jolyne, it's me. -a female voice said as the spirit took shape.
-F.F.? But why? - wondered Mary Jane out loud
-I was dying too, Jolyne. I used my last strength to heal him. I couldn't allow your father's disc to disappear.
-But F.F.! Why? I need you! -Jolyne complained
-Otherwise both Anasui and I would've died. I just want to help you, because you helped me. You gave me life, my own life. Even if we bring the Foo Fighters stand disc back, that would be another Foo, not me, that's because I'm unique. And I will always be greatful to you for that. I'm just glad I could say goodbye to you. And I'm glad I was for help. Good luck, Jolyne. You too, Mrs. Cujoh.
-F.F.? F.F.! Come back! - shouted Jolyne desperately.
Delicately, knowing nothing could comfort her daughter, Mary Jane tried to remind her daughter of what was most important.
-JoJo, we gotta go.
-Not yet mom. I have to get Ermes and Emporio back!
-Are those your friends? We're so close now! We can't! You'll get caught!
-No, mom. We haven't defeated Whitesnake yet, I need their help. We need it! -she argued as she started running towards the prison - You take Anasui outside! I'll be right back, I promise!
But the prison security levels had increased. Both women knew she wasn't going to escape that day, but at least they had Jotaro back. Now they just had to wait for their daughter to go out again, she was strong enough to do so. Mary Jane knew that.
