Porygon will never appear in an anime episode ever again due to a episode that only appeared in Japan. In this episode ash and his friends(Brock and misty) go to go pokemon center and see that theirs problems on the computer. Long story short they go into cyber space to fix it. Nurse joy gets inpatient and sends in a anti-virus. Pikachu thunderbolts the anti-virus which happens to cause massive strobe lights, sensitive to kids undeveloped eyes. Over 600 kids where sent to the hospital. They blamed Porygon even though all he did was take them to cyber space and pikachu sent the thunderbolt.
