Melinda's POV
I was sitting with my boyfriend when my teacher walked up and said hey and then opened the door he said that i would be sitting infront of a girl who tripped me and i asked him if i could sit somewhere else and he said no i am sorry but my assigned seats are final until i move them myself so i then look at him and his eyes are locked on mine and i say you are going to move my seat right by my boyfriends and you are not going to put that girl anywhere near me when seats change and nor will you move my boyfriend away from me while i am in this class so after that he changes my seat and puts me right next to Jim and then i take my seat and wait for everyone to come in and then after everyone is in the room the teacher starts the lesson.

Jim's POV
i saw Melinda talking to the teacher and she has been over there for a while until i saw her walking back to her seat however she isn't sitting down in the seat she just grabbed her things and came and sat in the seat next to me so i knew that she had compelled him into letting her sit by me, i wish she had some hipocracy on her magic use.
Jax's POV

I am so mad that Emma broke up with me i have been trying to find a way to get my revenge but how can i do that without my powers? I have an idea as to how i can get my powers back, i'll go to the witches council and beg them to find my powers and teletransport them to them then i am going to get my revenge.

Melinda's POV
After the bell rings for 5th period to get released i get stopped in the hallway by my dad, he said he was pulling me out of the school completely and i said,
"Uh no dad i like it here!" After i say that i compell him to tell principal Alonso that he changed his mind and he does so after i hear him say he changed his mind i am so relieved until my boyfriend walks up and says,
"I can't believe you used your magic infront of a mundane who doesn't know magic exists." I then say,
"i am sorry but did you really want me to just sit infront of the girl who tripped me in the hallway and away from you and to just let the girl bully me in class?" Jim then starts to walk away but he stops, turns around and says,
"Oh nice Hipocrisy on the magic use by the way." And with that he walks away and i just stand there confused and sad.

Jim's POV i can't believe i just said that to her i mean i really should apologize to her she must be so confused and sad so i'll apologize to her during lunch.

Emma's POV
Its lunchtime and i am waiting for Daniel so we can walk to lunch together although i am kinda worried about Melinda i haven't seen her since yesterday i thought she would be here today, after Daniel gets up to me i ask him to text Jim because he has his cell number so after he does a few seconds later Jim replies,
"No i am looking for her as well."
After i heard that i started panicking i mean she never eats, she is always pale, so i tell Daniel i will check the bathroom and he says okay and that he and jim will look around everywhere else and with that i go to the bathroom and she isn't there i try casting a locater spell but that doesn't even work just then i see a note flash into the bathroom and it said,
Emma,
I have Melinda, if you want her back come to the beach, we are in an observatory on top of a hill by the water and only our kind can see it, come alone or else Melinda will get hurt.
From Jax.
I then show Daniel the note and he wants to come with be but i said, no Jax said come alone or else he'll hurt Melinda plus we can't leave the kids alone after school. He then nods his head and says,
"Be careful." I reply,
"I will i promise." With that i go to my dad and ask him if i can go check on the kids and he said sure, i then left his office and went to the beach to get Melinda back.

Jax's POV

Well i have to say taking Melinda and using her as leverage to get Emma here was the best plan ever although i never thought that Melinda would be so strong, i must find a way to weaken her. Oh i know i'll just cast pain spells on her until she passes out. I start walking towards her cell when i hear Emma call my name so i guess i'll have to wait to weaken Melinda. After i flash to where Emma is i knock her out and carry her to the empty cell and close the door after i get out.
