It turned out Josiah did love me too. We had become good friends and then he asked me out I immediately said yes. We dated for a year and as an anniversary present he gave a beautiful poem that I know by heart
"To know;
To know that I miss you so much when you leave
To know that I need you like the air that I breathe
To know that I want you with a passion so blind, is to know that I love you with no doubt in my mind"
I loved the poem so much and I have it framed on my desk to this day.
