Aftermath ch 5

3 hours later , Z grunts and wakes herself up . She chest was sore as she ran her hand over where she was stabbed , the wound was gone . She felt that she wasn't alone in where she was currently laying in . She slowly leans up but this catches the attention the several bodies in her room .

? : You're awake !

Z : Princess ?

Then suddenly she was tackled down by a cold body and squeezed to death . Z pats her on her back and says .

Z : ok that's enough Princess

The other woman let's go then says to her .

Lap : well...

Z : what ?

Lap : our future is doomed

Z : I'm aware of that

Lap : but some things came out good

Z : like ?

Princess then stands and helped Z up . She mentions her to follow her into another room . Princess slides the door open and more out the way . Z looks to see as she froze in place . She was taken by with extreme shock and joy as when the person she saw finally noticed her presence and turn to her then she she covers her eyes with her left hand but it was obvious she was crying as tears ran down her face . Lap suddenly wanted to tear up too , but she already cried much earlier . Lap looks over to see the person they came to see walk over to as they reach their hand around Z and pulls her towards them into a hug . Her face pressed onto their bare chest but didn't pay no mind to it , she was in still the process of overwhelming joy as well noticed then place their hand behind her head which only made her wrap her arms around the person's body tightly resting if she was to let go they would be gone . Princess watched with joy at the scene in front of her then heard Z speak .

Z : you're.... you're actually here . I'm glad but still

She then moves away from them then looks down in guilt *

Z : but I still broke my promise of bringing you back and avenging you that I made in the future . I'm sure you're confused as you hardly know me in this timeline besides my name. Then I completely f-

? : No you didn't

The person she stood finally spoke . Z then heard them continue

? : Zeel told me everything , yes I do know that I was supposed to die by D'vorah's hands and how you felt and would had felt if I did die and was told about what all happened afterwards .

Z then started at the floor in shock then heard them say something that was about to make her cry once more .

? : I'm glad about what you have accomplished and our brief father and child relationship that you thrust upon me .

Then he makes Z look up at them . They stare down at her teary face and gives a warm smile and says to her .

? : I'm very proud of you even in this brief time I do see you as my own child .

Princess : OMG please stop I don't need to cry right now

She says getting their attention . Z smiles then heard then say

? : I love you

She looks up at them in shock then she bust out crying again and latches onto them . The person hisses in pain a bit but then smiles down at her then Princess over over and latches onto the person and cries as well . The Shirai Ryu clansmen that were nearby just watched with confusion or smiles . Minutes later , the three sat on separate mats and talked as Z asked .
