*PETERS POV*
I woke up in a hospital bed. Everything hurts. I cant really remember what exactly happened. All I know is that the guys name was Dr.Death and he beat the living shit out of me.
I rolled my body over and tried wobbling out of the bed. "HMPH!" I collapsed on the floor. Ow. Okay maybe I shouldn't try walking yet. At least I can crawl up the bed easy. I laid back down, but I don't wanna sleep. I don't need to. I need to get back out there, find that Dr. Death, and take him down. But that's kind of hard considering I can't walk. I sighed with boredom. Where even am I? Is this Mr. Starks medbay, or just another hospital?
I looked around. This place was fancy. There was a lot of medical equipment everywhere. The other beds were empty, and there was a a night-stand-table next to mine. I grabbed a water cup off of the nightstand and chugged it. It felt like nothing though, I'm still thirsty as hell. And from the looks of it most of the water spilt all over the bed. I gripped my stomach and tried my best to ignore the aching pain growing. My head throbbed as my memory became less hazy of what happened last night.
In the corner of my eye, something caught my attention. The spiderMan suit was just lying there, on a chair casually. Okay this HAS to be the stark industries medbay. I cant have my identity revealed like this! I mean, no one would just pick up an unconscious guy and take him to the hospital right? People aren't THAT nice. Well, maybe if it was Spider-Man they would. But mr. Stark would probably take me in first! Yeah, definitely!
I hope.
I looked to the nightstand and saw something sitting on it. A newspaper. Guess I didn't notice it before. My arm stretched over to pick it up. You could practically hear my bones crack. I dragged the paper onto the hospital bed and sat up. Who knows, maybe they'll have memes in this one. Flipping through the pages, it didn't look like there were gonna be any memes. Disappointed but not suprised, I closed the paper. And holy shit! On the front page, is MY name! As in PETER PARKER! What the hell did I miss when I was out?

HIGH SCHOOLER PETER PARKER IS CLAIMED DEAD??
Just a week ago, teenager Peter Parker went missing. Friends and family went searching, just for his body to be found on Lake Drive, 5 days ago. Tony Stark, a close friend of Peter's, decided to take him into his own hospital just in case he's in a comma. When found, the boy was barely breathing and professionals stated that he wouldn't make it to the end of the week. They're trying the best they can to keep him alive. No one knows what caused this tragic mess, but one things for sure. Do pray, for young Peter Parker. He needs all the help he can get.
I gripped the newspaper tighter. Everything was blurry and spinning. I cant breath.
I'm dying. Im fucking dead.
