Oppa, the ost album came out today
Jisoo hits the 'send' button as she smiles brightly. 'Superman', is the contact name she finally chooses for him. She has changed it so many times already as time goes by.
"Oh right", she says right after. Haein is not really the quick type, she thinks. She then added the link for the Snowdrop original soundtrack album.
"Eonnie, it's your turn to record now!" Jennie suddenly barges in.
"One minute" Jisoo replies.
Jennie moves closer and sits beside Jisoo. "Come on, you know he won't reply that fast."
"You seem to know a lot."
"Excuse me? You're the one who always complains how much of a slow-texter he is!" Jennie grabs Jisoo's Ice Americano from the table and sips it. "By the way, I still don't approve you dating him until you introduce him to me- to us."
By 'us' Jennie means all Blackpink members. Lisa and Rose basically supportive of her being close to Haein even though they haven't met him yet. Snowdrop affect them that much. Different case for Jennie, of course.
"We're not dating", says Jisoo calmly. "He is like a brother to me. Someone I can count on."
"Like hell I would believe that!" Jennie grabs Jisoo's shoulder. "Eonnie, I know you. You're in love."
Am I? Jisoo asks herself.
Snowdrop shooting was over a long time ago. The drama ended airing last week. The original soundtrack album came out just now. She texts Haein out of habit, almost everyday, chatting about everything but mostly about their drama. They used to be together all day on set. Jisoo just feels weird not talking to him again after the shooting is done so they keep in touch since then.
"Invite him to our concert next month. I want to meet him, whatever your relationship status is."
"I will!" Jisoo laughs. "Along with other casts, I'll invite them all."
She then leaves, heading towards the recording room. Come to think of it, now that everything about Snowdrop is over, how does she initiate a conversation with Haein now? Snowdrop topic usually be the starter. They would start by having serious discussion about some scenes, reviewing their performance and the whole episode, before the topic led them to something random until they laughed their ass off. Jisoo tries to hide her smile just by imagining it. It doesn't have to be about Snowdrop, she thinks. She can just goes directly to the random topic, can't she? Haein won't mind, she is sure of it.

No reply from Haein after five hours recording. It usually takes him two to three hours to reply to her text. But five hours? Is he that busy? Jisoo pouts as she drops her head to Rose's shoulder.
"Eonnie, what's wrong?" Rose sounds worried.
"Her Chu-perman haven't replied to her text yet," Jennie answers on her behalf.
Jisoo doesn't even has the energy to scold Jennie about the 'Chu-perman' joke.
"Aaaahhh I'm hungry!" Lisa shouts. "Eonnie, what do you want to eat?"
"Chicken..." Jisoo answers lazily while scrolling through her K-talk with Haein.
"Why do I even ask" Lisa is talking to herself.
"Let's just go to the BBQ restaurant. I'm really hungry!" Jisoo suddenly changes her mind.
Everyone agree. But just then, her phone rings. A call from Haein. She quickly stands up.
"Hello?" She picks up the call too fast.
A small giggle enters her ear. "What are you up to?"
She steps aside from her members, who give her naughty stares. They must've known from who the call is. The last thing she heard before entering the balcony was Lisa's voice.
"I guess we won't eat anytime soon, will we?"

The cold night wind hits her skin. Luckily, Jisoo wears a pretty thick hoodie today. The sky is already dark and she can't spot any single star. Maybe it's already passed 8 PM? She was too busy recording to even look at the time.
"I just finished recording," she leans on the fence. "Oppa... what are you up to?"
She somehow feels nervous. Texting with Haein is easy. Talking on the phone is new to her. She actually a bit surprised because Haein rarely calls her. Nevertheless, she is happy to finally hear his calming voice again.
"I just finished the shooting for the day. Umm, sort off."
"Sort off? What do you mean?"
"Well, something happened. They ended it early because of me" Haein laughs. "I broke my wrist."
"You what?" Jisoo couldn't believe what she just heard.
"There was this scene where I have to jump off the wall. I landed abruptly. It's just happened, but I'm okay now. That's why I call you, because it's hard to reply your text with all these bandages. I'm sorry, it took me too long to reply."
Her heart stings. She feels guilty because she was upset before, not knowing Haein is hurt on his new drama set.
"Oppa, you hurt your thumb last time. Now you hurt your wrist. You should be careful."
Maybe she sounded a bit dissappointed. There was a few seconds before Haein talks again.
"I know. I'm sorry I make you worried. I will be careful next time."
Haein is not with her at the moment, but Jisoo can imagine his ear to ear smile. Also his narrowing eyes everytime he does that. Not gonna lie, Jisoo really wants to see it directly.
"Have you eat anything? It's way pass dinner time already" Haein changes the topic.
"We... me and my members are about to go somewhere to eat."
"Good, good. You guys should eat. Well, then. I'm about to leave the hospital. By the way, I'll listen to the soundtrack tonight, thanks for the link."
Even though she hesitates, Jisoo finally asks. "Tonight, let me know what you think about the soundtrack."
Again, there's a quite long pause. "Shall I call you again, then?"
She nods, then realizes Haein couldn't see her did that. "Yes. Also tell me what the doctor said about your wrist."
He chuckles. "Okay. Talk to you again, then. Bye."
"Bye, Oppa."
They hang up. Like getting struck by a thunder, shame spreads rapidly all over her body. Was she being too demanding? They are not even dating, but she just asked Haein to call her again. Also scolding him about not being careful. But there is nothing she can do since she already said it. They will have a call again and Jisoo is not sure how she feels about this.
"Eonnie, come on!" Lisa suddenly appears at the balcony. "Are you done calling? Get in, it's freezing. Look at your cheeks, they are red."
She follows Lisa inside as she touch her cold reddening cheeks. Jisoo wants to believe that it happens because of the temperature, but deep inside she knows that it is not.
