Chapter 3
*Lupe's POV*
"So what now?" Matt asked
"Use common sense bro, we are going to have to do a duet, I guess if that's okay?" I said
"Cool with me" He said
I nodded and took out my phone texting my friends
To: Jayden,Neha&Violet
Come to my dressing room A.S.A.P! There's a slight change in our plans...
I send the message, and right away the girls came in, none other than Neha was the first one to speak.
"Lupe what the fuck do you mean by there's a fucking slight change in our fucking plans?" She said she hadn't noticed Matt but then she added "and who the fuck is this?" She said gesturing at the boy.
"Fist what the heck did I tell you about being rude; and we are going to have to do a duet with Matt" I said.
"Why?" Violet and Jayden said.
"Long story" Matt said.
"I'll summarize it for you, so basically I thought we would be on stage alone and so did he, but this lady came in and told us to be ready in 4 minutes" I said
"So that's why he's in your dressing room?" Jayden asked.
"No I came here and then he hit himself, his phone fell and he was hiding behind the clothes rack" I said
"..and why was he behind the fucking clothes rack?" Neha said really amused.
"Just drop it!" I said completly annoyed
"You have 2 minutes to walk to the stage. I'll catch up to you guys in a second and don't walk slow!" I said and they nodded an started walking towards the stage.
*Matt's POV*
I found it very amusing how one of the girls would swear in all her sentences. Every time she spoke there wasn't one time she didn't swear. Then there was the 2 other girls, one who seemed very sassy and the other one who was very...how should I put this not being rude...Crazy?......No she was unique.
"What are their names?" I said
"The one who said everything and was swearing is Neha, The one who was going random dance moves was Violet, and the one who seemed sassy that was wearing the beanie is Jayden" Lupe said. They all where special in different ways by the way they dressed and how they talked.
"You girls are very diffrent from each other" I stated
"Is that a good thing?" Lupe said facing me.
"Er.....no....I mean yeah you guys aren't afraid to be who you are....and" she finished the sentence for me. "There's not many boys or girls like that.."
"yeah, we should start heading to the stage" Okay. I've never stuttered before that wasn't me. I. never. do. that.
"Okay let's go, so you are going to do 2 songs, then us 2 songs then the duet?" She asked.
"Yeah, What's the song going to be for the duet?" I asked.
"Err... how about the song by B.O.B and Bruno Mars Nothing on you?" She asked.
That was one of my favorite songs so how would I say no?
"Sure do you know the parts?"I asked
"Yeah In the beginning and the end of the song you can go that's usually the part where Jayden plays the ukulele" She said
"oh okay"
*Neha's POV*
We walked to the stage but we stayed behind the curtains.
"So do you think she's lying about the whole fucking clothes rack incident?" I asked the girls.
"Nope" They said in unison.
"Girls open your fucking mind, we are talking about the 'Matt Hunter' The one that Lupe was obsessed with when we where in the 7th grade" I said
"Yeah but remember when he was dating Alexis The girl who used to be with us in 7th grade the now super famous model?" Jayden said.
"Yeah but what does she have to do with this" I asked confused.
"She hates him now since the say Alexis showed off he was dating her and not Lupe" Violet said.
"OH yeah I remember"
*Flashback*
I saw Lupe talking to Alexis they where arguing about something I walked closer and stood next to Lupe.
"You better walk away from him"
"who" Lupe asked poor girl she didn't know Matt and Alexis where dating and where known as 'Malexis'.
"Don't be stupid get away from Matt he's mine now!" She said showing Lupe the magazine. She continued.
"i showed him a picture of you He said you're fucking disgusting" She said showing the text now. What a bitch.
"Just get away and go with your stupid boyfriend" I said
"How about you shut the fuck up" Alexis said.
"Bitch!" Alexis said and slapped Lupe.
I went in and punched her. All I remember is she ripped all her Matt Hunter posters and never listened to his music again.
*Flashback Over*
My thoughts got cut off by someone.
"NEHA!" Lupe screamed. She was standing next to Matt did she know it was him or..
"As I was saying we are playing 2 songs, 'Love Drunk' and 'Wings' (A/N: Both songs are by Little Mix) He's playing 2 of his songs then the duet which is 'Nothing on you' Beginning and end of the song he's singing got it?" Lupe said
"Us 2 songs. Duet got it!" I said smiling
