I keep having this dream,
Just me and you on a swing
I say I love you but you don't smile back and I beg you Please.
"Don't go baby.
I need you to stay here with me."
And then she stands up and I say, "Baby don't leave!"
Now she's gone.
Life seems to go and just carry on.
But I can't do anything without her cause she is all I got.
And then I feel it.
I feel the pain breaking my hard heart.
I thought we were so close, but now we're so far apart.
Then I want to die.
Take out my pocket knife.
Hold it up to my throat and bleed so I don't live this life.
Then she cries.
I see her standing right beside me.
I must be losing my mind cause I'm the one crying.
And then I wake up.
Take a look in the mirror.
It's just me, no bleeding, but I remember.
I see her face.
Everything leaves my heart.
She took my pain away and I hold her in my arms.
She says she won't do anything as long as I am with her.
I say, "Baby know I will stay here for sure.
I love you more than anything in this dark, cruel world.
You are my everything.
My heart and my girl."
