Golden Freddy x Male Reader

"Night" 3

As you wake up, you feel a burning sensation. You get out of bed and notice that the moment you stand up, you get a sharp pain in your head that knocks you to your knees. Your mom walks in.

"Honey, are you ok?! You look awful!!" Your mom said concerningly.

"I'm fine, mom. I just need to lie here for a bit." You said slowly.

"Well, you need to lie here and rest. I'll call the place for you and tell them you're sick."

"Mom, I don't need you to do everything for me."

"Well, considering I watched you get up and fall to your knees is very concerning."

"I have a phone, I will call them myself."

"Fine, but I am staying in here until you call them."

You call the restaurant and tell them you can't come in due to being sick. They respond that you are more than welcome to stay home for a few days and then hang up. You think about what Golden Freddy said to you the previous night and begin to daydream. Next thing you know, it's 2 A.M. 

 The pain of being sick is too much for you and you begin to cry.

"Being sick is the worst...I hate it..." You said with tears running down your cheek.

You get up with intense vertigo and begin walking to the kitchen where you get some water. As the moon rises higher into the sky, you look out at the window and see the countless stars and the moon burning brightly in the night sky. You wipe your tears away and begin looking out the window where the pitch-black kitchen has been lit up by the sublime night sky.

"You didn't come to work today..." A voice behind you suddenly says.

You quickly throw yourself to the counter where you pick up a knife thinking it was an intruder. You notice who it was.

"How did you know I live here?"

"I have my ways." Golden Freddy said with ease.

You put the knife back and notice that you cut yourself whilst drawing it from the wooden block. You wince as blood drips from your finger and onto the floor.

"Are you ok?" Golden Freddy asks as he walks up to you.

"I cut myself when I drew the knife." You said as you show him the cut.

"Where's your bathroom?" He asked as he lifts up your right hand.

"Upstairs, right hallway, first door." You said slowly.

You close your eyes for a moment and when you open them you are in the bathroom with your hand bandaged up.

"You know, I never thought animatronics had a soft side." You say bluntly.

Golden Freddy pulls you in for a hug. You can feel his cold metallic body get a bit warmer.

"I didn't think so either..." He said as black tears rolled down his face.

"Well let's not talk about that. We can't let my mom know you're here. She will flip out" You said as you get up from the counter.

Your mom knocks at the door.

"Honey! Is there someone in there with you?!" Your mom screams from the other side of the door.

"No, mom! I'm just having a conversation with myself again!" You shout back.

"Well, don't stay in there too long! Momma has to go as well...!" Your mom says.

"I won't!" You said turning towards Golden Freddy.

He was not there. He must've teleported when he heard the knocks and you never noticed. You go outside of the bathroom and your mom stops you.

"You can tell me anything, honey. I'm not dumb to things like this. If you have a boy over just tell me and I won't judge." Your mom said reassuringly.

"There's no one in the bathroom, mom..."

She looks in there.

"Oh...I guess not. Well maybe don't scare mommy like that?"

"I won't."

You walk to your room and open the door. Golden Freddy is standing in the middle of your room looking out the window. You close the door behind you which grabs his attention.

"So you didn't leave..." You said.

"I did, but then came back. I just cannot stay away from you for some reason." He said in a negative tone.

"I'll be at work tomorrow. I promise." You say as you go up to Golden Freddy and hug him.

"You better. It's boring there without you and your smart remarks.

"I will." You say as he disappears from the room.

"I will." You repeat to yourself as you lay in bed and drift to sleep. The night is over.
