this is thorn lovegrey, his father was always a priest, and his mother was anti abortion, homophobic, basically the same as thorns father, thorns parents where strongly christian, homophobic, transphobic, etc etc, ill explain what happened to him, and what he looks like after all these terrifying things he's been through, for now you can see hes got a eyepatch, and a scar on the eyes, i'll be explaining those, he got the eye patch from his father, because every, single, day his father would look for him and repeatedly beat him, until he "un trans" which he never did, so the scar, came from when he was running in the forest from his father and got cut by the unexpected shuriken his father threw, while he was running away, in the forest, now lets get startedd, also not to mention, thorn is trans.

"thorn.. THORN!" an unknown voice called, "uhhhu" thorn groaned, as he just woke up, he looked around for where the voice came from, as he quickly sat up, and realized he didn't hear anything, "this could be my chance" he said, his voice shaking, as he grinned and hurried to change, he picked up the bag he hid in the secret door, under the stairs, but before he could step 3 steps out the door, he heard a familiar voice, "WHAT DO YOU THINK YOUR DOING?!" thorns mom and dad yelled, as thorn continued to run thru the snowy forest, "HEY GET BACK HERE!" his father yelled, 10 steps back, "SHAAAAARON!" the father yelled for thorns mother, making thorn stop, as thorns mother ran up to the father and gave him a bag, and continued running with him, thorn had to take a minute to realize what was happening, by the minute he was done realizing, his father was 4 steps away, thorn screamed as the shuriken was in front of his face, and hit him, but that was in the eye of the eyepatch, which he didn't have yet.
thorn didnt give up just yet, he continued running with the shuriken in his eye, while he was sobbing red from the eye that got hit, so he was running, and he immediately turned to the right, and started climbing up a tree, then to a tree house he built before, his parents looked around and spotted him in the tree, while his parents where looking up, he was taking the shuriken out of his eye, and chucked it down, as there was still fresh blood, he held the right eye, as he looked to the right and realized his parents where there, before he could scream, his left eye got hit with the same shuriken, as his left eye was closed, the shuriken didn't get stuck in there, like the last one, so it hit thorn, flew right past his eye, causing the scar he has in the photo.
he lost grip of the edge of the treehouse, and fell into his father's arms, due to the pressure that was put on his back, and spread to his brain, made the boy blackout, as the father angrily stomped back to the cabin, they stayed in for the winter.

the boy woke up in his bed, there was blood all the way down his face, so he decided to walk to the bathroom in his room, as he heard his parents start to argue, but he decided to ignore it and start to wash off his face, as he heard a knock, "we're going to church, for your father." his mom spoke through the door in a stern tone, "okay." thorn responded, as his voice was sore, "be ready in 5 minutes" his mom said, as the footsteps went away, thorn quickly ran out the bathroom and got dressed, as he wasn't a religious person, but didn't want his dad to do anything to him, his dad terrified him.

he quickly put this outfit on, and ran out the room, as his mom and father gave him a disappointed look, "whatever, lets go." his father said, as he picked up the keys and walked to the car, as thorn and the mother followed, his father spoke, while starting the car, "we will also be giving a speech, for my great friend ann. were visiting her funeral after." his father said, as they all nodded, in response, which his father didn't like, "HELLO?" he yelled, as they both replied "yeah." "good." the father replied back, while they arrived at church, and walked in, "i've gotta go to the bathroom." the boy says, as he stands up and walks to the bathroom.

thorn already got done doing what he needed to do, as he was in the gender neutral bathroom, a man walked in, and gave thorn a weird look, more like a thirsty look, thorn ran before the man could catch him, the thing was over, so the mom and dad of thorn were waiting in the car, "what took you so long?!" the father said, snapping at thorn, "i was pooping .." thorn said, as his seat belt clicked, "alright, whatever." the father said, as they drove home, they arrived to the cabin, "aw snap, randy we've got a bill to pay." thorns mom said, "ugh, ill pay it later." randy says, as thorn opened the door to his room, and ran to his bed, then walked to the bathroom and try to clean himself up a little, as he heard his parents argue over the bills, "YOU PROMISE TO PAY THE BILLS, BUT YOU NEVER DO!" the mom shouted, as there was glass shattering, "YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT." the dad said, thorn stepped out of his room, his mom was gone, and he glared at his dad on the couch, "there you are." his dad said, in a pissed off tone, "how many times did i tell you? take that stupid flag down." his dad said, pointing out the trans flag in his room.
"dad its not stup-" thorn said, "DONT FUCKING TALK BACK TO ME!!" his dad snapped, as he hit thorns face, 1, 2, 3, 4, thorn cried out "DAD PLE-" 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, his dad stopped, as blood came off his fist, the dad looked at his fist, then at thorns face, he seemed to be careless of the huge cut on his childs face, and kept going, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, luckily he stopped at 16, because noticed the inside of thorns mouth was bleeding, "go." the dad said, as thorn ran to the room, and locked the outside, and inside so nobody was able to come out, or in, he locked himself in the room.
