Y/n pov: I grabbed the cake mix, the eggs, pans, butter and all the things I need to make a cake an was going to strawberry which is Jonathan favorite , Jonathan was at work per usual so I decided to surprise him with cake even tho it wasn't his birthday or anything I just thought I would be nice.
As I mix all the ingredients into the bowl including the strawberries, I started to get the vanilla white icing out for later, and start to mix the ingredients in the bowl more but that was when I felt a pair of warm arms wrap around me, " hey baby, whatcha you making" Jonathan says I as he kiss my cheek softly.
"Oh nothing just making a strawberry cake that's all" I smile as I turned to face him an I kiss him on his cheek which left a kiss mark on his cheek from my red lipstick, "mhmm my favorite" Jonathan says as he pulls me closer to him, "I know silly head that's why I'm making it" I said with a laugh left my mouth, "well... I help you out Jonathan" Jonathan says now making the puppy dog look on his, "okay okay fine, you can start by mixing the vanilla extract in there that I haven't all ready mixed" I said as handed Jonathan the big spoon and the vanilla extract.
As I turn to grab another pot, I saw Jonathan putting his finger in the cake mix an started licking it as he didn't think I was watching, I playfully hit him on the shoulder and said " Jonathan that's for the cake" I smiled as I took the bowl from him, as I begin putting the cake in the pan and into the oven As I turned around and saw Jonathan smiling, "why are you smiling" I asked in a playful way, "oh y/n your just so beautiful to me, who wouldn't smile at you" Jonathan says he kissed me passionately holding my hips close to him.
*Few moments later*
The cake was done and had already cooled off enough for us to decorate and icing, I got out the strawberries to decorate it to put around the cake and I got the vanilla icing out, "Okay so you I sent it and I'll put the strawberries on top of it" I said to Jonathan,
"Yes ma'am whatever you say" Jonathan says and a playful way as he bows, I playfully rolled my eyes and handed him the icing, but I sent on the cake and as he put the icing on the cake he decides to put his fingers in the icing container and put it on my face as I look at him in complete shock.
"Oops sorry, let me clean it up for you"Jonathan says playfully as he licks my face, " Jonathan" I playful yell and I take my hand and put some icing on my fingers and rub it on his face and lick it off, we both laugh and continue to finish the cake off before putting the final piece, now as Jonathan is done I icing the cake, I cut some strawberries and I put it all around the cake to make it look pretty.
As I got done I looked at it quite amazed of what me and Jonathan had did, "doesn't it just look beautiful" I said to Jonathan, " No not as beautiful as you" he said as I smiled hard at which to give one last kiss before I said "I'll get plates" I got plates and everything," y/n I think there some on the cake" Jonathan says, "what I don't see anything" I said, "look closer", as look closer an lean towards the cake I felt Jonathan hand pushed my face down.
"JONATHAN" I said as he laughs hysterically while holding his stomach, " oh you want to laugh" I said in playful way, I took a fistful of cake in my hand and smash in Jonathan face, as he looks at me stunned " oh it's playtime he says as he grab two fistful of cake and tried to throw it at me, as he begin to chase me throughout the whole house and we had a little cake fight.
*Some time later*
As me and Jonathan exhausted from the cake fight we had, their was cake everywhere on Jonathan and me and even on the floor and the walls, " look what you did you got cake everywhere" I said, "well,I had a little help messing up this place" he laughing as playful Punch his shoulder and rolled my eyes.
"Well I got to get in shower I'm sticky an covered in icing and cake, I'm going to take a shower" I said, "right behind on that one" Jonathan said as we laugh together.
