**Royce's POV**
Yay, another amazing day in Serenity Plaza! Bassoon practice is a little short today, what a tragedy.

"Alô Mr.Rema, why is practice short today?" I really do want to know but I think my chirpy voice gives the wrong idea. "Just a little problem with my daughter. She caused another fire again."

I think to myself why is he so calm about his daughter starting fires? I guess we'll never know. I need some coffee and I think Lune's shop is right next to here!

I walk in and greet him "Bonjour, can I say that? I don't know, but hey dude!" I wanted to sound kind but he just snaps back "Sure, I don't care how you greet me. What'll it be?" Jeez I just wanted to sound nice!

I ordered the strawberry float, with extra sprinkles of course! I watch as he makes my drink and I get a strange feeling inside me as Lune makes my drink.

"Say, what is your name short for?" He stops but continues making my drink. "Its short for Lunalis, it was my tante's name before she killed herself a little before I was born." I regret asking and I see him wipe away a tear.

"I'm sorry, my pai also killed himself before I was born. I know how you feel...".

A/N

Yeah, Siryn here! I'm sorry for the suicide thing but it gives the characters depth and something to bond over. Just to be clear tante (said like taun) is french for aunt and Pai is Portuguese for father. Let's hope Lunalis and Royce are up for being friends in the next chapter.
