Peter ran away as he heard sirens in the distance. 'It doesn't matter now! TK's flesh is probably ripped apart from the flames.' Peter thought, as he ran back to his own home. The firefighters came and immediately took care of the flames, there were many people moving around - making sure if there was any survivors in sight. They found TK, he was sitting behind the building. His skin was stained in due to the flames and smoke, his throat was dry to where he could barely talk, his eyes were dry and hurting, his clothes were torn as he fought his way through the building since the building was breaking apart, and his hands were covered in Mike's blood - but the blood was already dry. When the firefighters found him, they immediately took him inside the ambulance to where some paramedics treated him - making sure he didn't have any serious injuries. They gave him a glass of water so he was able to speak. His mind was so clouded with so many thoughts, he couldn't process what happened. A paramedic came up to TK; "excuse me.. We're gonna have to take you to the hospital so they can check out and see if you have anything serious going on." TK nodded, and he got inside the ambulance. The truck sped off and headed to a nearby hospital.

TK couldn't believe what just happened. It was so hard to believe, but.. it happened. When he arrived at the hospital, he sat on the bed and waited for the doctor to come see him. He look down at the dried blood on his hands. 'Mike.. is dead. I tried to save him. So much blood..' Tears began to sting in his eyes. "He's dead.. That psycho killed him!" Despite TK barely knowing him, he was still a person who had his whole life ahead of him. Peter ruined it, though. Tears ran down his cheeks, but he instantly wiped them away when he heard footsteps. The doctor arrived inside the room. "Hello, I am just going to give you a quick checkup - make sure you aren't dealing with anything serious." TK nodded. While the doctor was performing the checkup, he noticed that TK looked like his mind was somewhere else. "It was stated that you was in a fire. Do you wanna mention what happened?" TK stayed silent, it was too traumatic to picture it in his head again. He's already devastated about the way Mike died. Even thought it was all Peter's fault, he still couldn't help but blame himself. He couldn't stop the blood from pouring out. 'He was probably long dead...' The doctor nodded, understanding that he will speak when he is ready. The doctor noticed dried blood on TK's hands. "Um... is this your blood?" TK didn't speak, he just shook his head - ready to just go back home. The doctor's eyes widened. "Was there someone else in the fire along with you??" He slowly nodded his head. There was a long moment of silence. The air felt heavy, the aura was deafening. The doctor finally spoke; "I am guessing that they didn't make it.." TK felt tears sting his eyes as the doctor said that. Suddenly a policeman came into the room. The doctor cleared his throat nervously. "Well sir... there is nothing serious with you. It's mainly just a few small burns, but I'll give you something to help them feel better. I'm gonna get you taken care of so you'll be able to leave." TK nodded as the doctor walked off. He looked down at his feet. The policeman crossed his arms and began to speak; "son.. I came here to ask you a few questions.. about the fire." TK didn't respond, but he slowly nodded his head. The policeman pulled out a pen and notebook from his pockets. He clicked the end of the pen and was ready to write down what he needed to write down. "Shortly after the ambulance left, the firefighters found three dead/burnt bodies. Did you know those people?" TK kept his head low as he continue staring down at his hands. "I know them, but I don't know much about them." The policeman nodded and wrote something on his notebook. "Okay.. How do you know them?" He said, waiting for a response.  "One of them is my friend's roommate. I only know her because my friend sometimes vents to me about whatever problems that have." The policeman listen closely as TK is speaking; he was writing as TK continue speaking. "The next one.. I just started speaking to him. He was a fling of the roommate, and we was here together. But.. he died." The policeman stopped writing for a minute and inspected TK. He looked at him suspiciously as he saw the dried blood on TK's hands. "Mmm.. And what was the fling and roommate's names?" TK scratched the back of his neck, "the roommate's name is Lucy and the fling's name is Mike." The policeman nodded as he wrote down their names in the notebook. "I only knew Mike because he asked me where Lucy was, since he haven't seen her for a good minute. I told him that her roommate stated that they thought she was at Mike's house, but Mike confirmed that she wasn't there with him at all." The policeman stopped and raised a brow. "So Lucy's roommate told you that they thought she was stayin' the night at her fling, Mike's house?" TK nodded in agreement. "Uh-huh. Continue." TK nodded as he continue speaking. "So I told Mike that I was suspicious of Lucy's roommate's boyfriend. He gave me an unnerve feeling when I am near him. I thought he had something to with Lucy not being around." He nodded as he continue writing. Before TK can continue, the doctor came inside the room again. "Okay, you're all set to go. I'd wrote for you to take a few days off of work or school. You can go to a nearby pharmacy and get a ointment for the pharmacist." TK grabbed the papers from the doctor and nodded. "Thanks doc." He smiled warmly and stepped out the room. The policeman cleared his throat and pointed at TK's hands. "Can you explain why you have blood on your hands?" TK felt a sick feeling in his gut. 'Dammit! Now I look guilty by having all this blood on my hands.. How will they believe Peter did this when he was nowhere in sight by the time everyone came running towards the fire?? I didn't have no time to wipe off the blood. Fuck!' TK thought, as sweat began dripping down his face. The police noticed TK's sudden behavior. TK didn't say anything, but he started writing something else down in the notebook. "What's the name of Lucy's roommate?" The policeman asked with an irritable look. "Y/N L/N. Their boyfriend's name is Peter." He nodded as he wrote their names down as well. "Mike and I immediately came up with a plan on how to get evidence on Peter's doings. We decided to follow him around to see where he goes. He ended up coming to that abandoned building and that's when we lost him. That's when we began looking and that's when we found the dead bodies..." "What about the last body? You did say that you knew all the three deceased people." TK suddenly felt a lump in his throat. "That's Y/N's landlord." The policeman suddenly had a puzzled look on his face. "Why would someone come after the landlord?" TK shrugged, "I'm not sure why Peter would go after him.. But I think he goes after anyone that messes/does any wrong towards Y/N. Or he might go for the people that is 'too close' to them." The policeman nodded. "So.. what happened to the guy you went in the building with?" TK's eyes went wide and his throat went dry. There was a moment of silence, the aura suddenly felt heavy as well. The policeman cleared his throat; "do you have anything to do it?" The policeman raised brow as he pointed at TK's hands. TK immediately got defensive; "no! I'm not the one who killed Mike! It was Peter!!" He shrugged, "I don't know, son. It's coincidental that you have dry blood on your hands..." TK immediately got offended and look down at his hands. "This is Mike's blood, sure, but I was trying to stop him from bleeding out! Didn't the fire fighters find any cloth on Mike's neck??" The policeman shrugged. "I am not sure, but I do have a good guess that the cloth would've been burnt to dust when the fire spread." TK gritted his teeth in frustration. "Peter threw a knife at Mike's neck!! I had to tear a piece of my shirt in order to have the knife outta his neck and to have a possibility of stopping the wound!" TK stood up and crossed his arms. "I'm done with the questioning." The policeman nodded his head, "ok, can we have your phone number so we have a way to contact you?" TK nodded and told him his phone number. "Okay, we'll contact you if anything comes up." "Okay." The policeman nodded and left the room. TK sighed sadly and left the hospital, heading to the pharmacy.
