There was a saying about when you reach the top, you only want to go higher. And now that he had control of an entire kingdom, he wanted much more. He had an army as well, why not put them to use. Jingo had overthrown the king and allowed his cult followers to take over the kingdom. The knights had been taken prisoner and converted into his undead army. There was no one else to oppose him in this land. But what of the other lands? What of the other legends and mysteries that he had heard of. Jingo was afraid of nothing and he wanted to find something that could satiate his quest for power and adventure. He wanted to find something that could rival his own power. His disappointment in the previous conquest was unmeasurable. He sent his followers on expeditions to find something that would suit his interest.

"Find something that can present me with a challenge" he demanded.

As they searched the world, he changed the kingdom to work as his base of operations. He created magic camps to fortify his dark magic. He had his own lab where he continued to experiment on the knights. An endless mana supply was created for him to allow him to use his magic as freely as he liked. But without a challenge, he was left to wallow in his own power. But eventually, his soldiers returned with new information for him.

"My lord, we found a legend about a Demon Seal. Behind the seal is supposedly a creature of divine power" his soldier said.

"A demon seal? Where?" Jingo asked.

"My lord, it is said the seal exists in the ancient ruins of the lost city, Indra. The city is located deep into the sea. We would need to go to the harbor city of Shuten to find a way to raise the ruins" one of Jingo's scholars explained.

"Is there anything on what is behind the seal?" Jingo asked.

"Well, a divine being is most likely a god of some sort. Someone close to the root of all magic even. Us scholars can do more research when we arrive" the scholar continued.

Jingo wasn't satisfied with that answer, but there was little he could do about it. The choice was obvious for him, embark to Shuten and find the location of Indra. Leaving his kingdom unattended was also something he wanted to avoid. He had channeled his energy into a puppet of himself that his mages had created. It held an uncanny resemblance to him, looking only slightly different upon close expectation. The puppet was made with calculations to make only choices he would make.

"You, puppet. Watch over the kingdom while I am gone" he commanded.

The puppet nodded and dropped onto one knee before him.

"Yes, my lord," the puppet replied.

Now that he was sure his kingdom would be fine, Jingo began his preparations for the journey. He signed on his best soldiers and fighters to form an army to come with him. There was no telling what they would face and he needed to quell the people of Shuten into submission. His mages were rounded up, only the strongest ones accompanying him. In order to break a demon seal, he would need a lot of magic at his disposal. Especially if the seal would cause fatal injuries.

"Do you have any information on demon seals? I'd like to know what I am going up against" he asked his head mage.

The mage nodded, pulling out a large tome and flipping to a page with various seals.

"Demon seals are used on strong demons, usually ones with some kind of curse or unimaginable power. Lesser demons can be found around these areas, they are usually followers of the sealed demon. But we won't have to worry about that with our power, the mage explained.

"And what of divine beasts? Have there been any demons of that nature released?" Jingo asked.

The mage flipped through their book, looking for any information to please Jingo.
