Izuku Midoriya: Son of Loud Cloud

Orphanage

Izuku can't tell if he liked the orphanage or not. The orphanage is located on the better side of the town and closer to his parents grave, it's a good thing. Also in his new school he made friends of his caliber a little angry and explosive but at least he can give him a decent fight. But because of the orphanage rule he isn't able to fight after school. Also both of us want to be heroes.

After a year staying in an orphanage and only training in the orphanage Izuku felt like he didn't make any progress with his quirk and especially quarterstaff. He started to be frustrated by the orphanage rules but also now they can't control all children without these rules. He started to think of a way to return his old progress. He was called by one of the caretakers for help.

When reached the caretaker he saw news about new vigilantes' appearance and Izuku's eyes shined a little bit. He decided to try vigilantism but he also knows he needs to be very careful. If he is caught he can't be a hero and the caretaker will be held responsible because of his action.

With that he started to plan; when he is going to patrol and how his patrol schedule will be, what he does if he is injured and how he keeps secret his identity. And last but not least how he informs the police about the crime he stops. After writing all the questions in his notebook, he started to think about it.

First orphanage sleep time is 12 if he sleeps 2 hour and wakes up at 2am and after patrolling 2 hour and finishing it at 4 so he can return to the orphanage at 5am and sleep for 3 hours before the school day starts. Now how common he is going to patrol he can't make it every week. It took so much attention, for that he decided to go with 2 or 3 times a week is enough.

Secondly, what he does if he is injured is one of the most important one. He can buy a first aid kit, he also has decent medical knowledge anyhow he was raised in a clinic and his mother was the best student of the best medical high school of japan before she was expelled. After thinking about it a little more idea struck his brain "why I don't make cloak and mask with his denser cloud" but after thinking about it a little more he decided to don't make it. The mask and cloak will be so iconic so he decided to make armor that he can wear under his normal clothes.

Third, his quirk is so unique and so easily recognizable that he needs to find a way to use it without showing his quirk's main aspect. he started to thought about creating tread or capture items like his uncle but capture item alo will be the so specific also he can't use the same way for every time, he need to use one ability for a week and not use it at least 3 week with that there will be no vigilante. So he needs to find 4 different ways to use his quirk for vigilantism.

Fourth, how he informs the police about the crime he stops; he can't call them like "yo I don't have hero license but I wasl stop crime by the way I'm a new vigilante" it will be completely sutipid but will be the crazy fun he thought. After thinking a little bit he decided to tie down the thug and left the other thing to the victim.
