I could smell fire, wood, beer, and old books. I lifted my head and tried to see where I was but my vision was blurred. I attempted to move my hand to my leg, but it was tied with rope to a chair. I could hear voices talking in the distance, sounded like arguing. Footsteps approched to where I was, and once my vision focused I could see that the footsteps belonged to Sam. "Sam? Where am I?" I asked, hearing my voice come out as a whisper. "I can't tell you. Are you feeling ok?" Sam asked me pulling up a chair in front of me. "How would you feel if you got shot in the leg with a silver bullet after saving two hunters from your own mother, and wake up in a strange place tied to a chair?" I asked with a low growl. Sam rubbed his hand behind his neck. "This wasn't my idea, Neoma. I didn't know my brother was going to shoot you. I had originally brought you here to heal your leg, but Dean insisted on tying you up. In order to keep you alive I agreed." Sam explained. More footsteps approched the area, it was Dean, and an older looking man, with a beer belly and a hat. "I see the she wolf is awake." The older man, with quite the southern accent, said. "Bobby, be nice she did save us." Sam said, talking to the older man, named Bobby. Where have I heard such a name before? "Probably to save her own skin. Most monsters do that." Bobby replied, moving towards a table with a lot of tools on it. I growled deeply, not only at the comment but at Bobby who picked up a silver knife. "Woah Bobby what are you doing?" Sam asked. "We need answers, and usually torture works." Bobby replied turning towards me. Dean just stood near the doorway saying nothing. "Well, I see Hunters are the same. Heartless monsters with no morals about them. I saved both Sam and Dean from my own mother, who was only defending herself and her territory, only to be shot in the leg, tied to a chair, and now is going to possibly get tortured and for what? Because I'm different? Because I just so happen to be born a werewolf? Noted." I said harshly. Sam, Dean, and Bobby all looked at each other confused, and then back at me. "Born? You were born a werewolf?" Sam asked me. "Yes. That's what Isaac meant by pureblood. Usually to be a werewolf you need to be bitten...but I was born. I honestly have no idea how its possible but here I am. Now the reason those two, mutts, came into my bar is because there's this feud between me, and well them. They believe I'm a threat that needs to be put down." I reply, telling mostly Sam rather than the other two. Bobby takes a step forward. "I agree. We got our answers so I say we put the bitch down." Bobby says coming towards me with the silver knife. Sam steps between me and Bobby. "No. She is of no threat and besides we still have more questions for her." Sam says firmly. "What's gotten into you boy? You heard her, there is a feud and more werewolves than we can handle. With her dead its over, no more murders." Bobby replies, like a parent lecturing a child. I begin to laugh and the men turn to me. "Whats so funny?" Dean asks. "That you think once I'm dead that the mutts will stop. They can't stop, they have no humanity left inside of them. After your first few full moons, you are nothing but animal, all wolf no human. The only reason why there hasn't been a mass murder lately is because of me. I've been trying to keep the mutts in line, those who are afraid of me that is." I say, trying to get the ropes off of me. "See? She is an ally." Sam said turning towards me. Bobby just scoffs and walks away in defeat, while Dean is still standing, watching me and Sam but not saying a word. Sam unties me and I rub my wrist. "Thank you, for saving me and my brother. You could have let your mother maul us, but you managed to stop her, I don't know how to repay you." Sam said softly. "You just did. I saved your life, and you saved mine. I say that's a debt repaid. Now how do I get out of here?" I asked standing up. "You aren't going anywhere." Dean said, getting a little defensive. "And why not? I have a home to go back to, someone I have to make sure is ok." I said, feeling the urge to rip Dean apart. "Your mother?" Sam asks. "No, not my mother. She can handle herself isn't that right Dean?" I reply, a little growl in my tone. "If not your mother then who?" Dean asks, backing off just a little. "My daughter." I said worriedly. The room fell silent after that, and the whole atmosphere changed from hostile, to deep concern.
