A small brunette was just walking back home. Her short rosy-brown locks tied into a ponytail swayed side by side as she kept on walking as she was humming a sweet tune.

She was peacefully walking down the hallway when she heard a kitten crying for help and some chuckling sound right around the corner.

She hurriedly came and look when she witnessed three boys, which is a year or two older than her, bullying a stray cat. She immediately came in rescue for the little kitten.

"Hey! Stop that this instance!" she shouted. Loud enough to distract the boys as the kitten took this chance and flee.

The small girl was happy that the little kitten was no longer in harm, at the same time, she put herself in danger instead.

"Awwwe look. The cat got away! I guess you're willing enough to take place of that cat's stead!"

I meekly avoided their gaze as they surrounded me. Tears started welding my eyes.

"Awwww look! She's gonna cry!"

The three boys laughed at the meek little girl who's fighting back the urge to cry.

They were about to touch her when...

A hero came in to save her...

Before the three boys could even lay a hand on her they were both taken down single-handedly by a small boy with golden locks. He looked like he was in the same age as her.

The boy looked at her for a second before averting back his attention towards the other two.

With just a glare the two scattered, dashing away from him. Leaving the scene behind.

He had forgotten that he was still stepping on the kid he beaten up with one kick. He then stepped out of the boy who's on the ground-who's blood pooled around his face through his nose-then stared at the petite girl.

"You okay?" asked by her hero.

Hina hasn't noticed it yet but a tear rolled down her face. Later on, another tear quickly followed and now she's in a crying mess.

The short blonde flinched and took a step back, surprised by her sudden outburst of crying-Shit. Did I scare her??-he thought to himself as he watched the girl cry in silence.

He patiently waited the girl to calm down.

He glanced at her on the side of his eyes. She was sniffling as she tried to stop but her tears still kept on coming.

After waiting for a few more minutes, the small girl finally calmed down.

The girl looked up to her savior with a tear-stained cheeks from crying.
