She was born in Seoul, South Korea (according to Star during V Line; and according to Star during Radio star), and raised in Brisbane ,Australia.
- She has an older brother named , Jake and another brother born in 2000.
- She moved to Korea back in 2016. (according to Star during Weekly Idol)
- Star placed first in YG auditions in Australia , Sydney .
- Star has adopted a dog Hank: @Star_hankie.
- Her Chinese zodiac sign is Tiger.
- She trained for 3 years in YG (2016 - 2018 ) and 3 years in High Up  [ 2018 - 2020 ]
- Pre-debut, Star used to be a cheerleader in Australia.
