They left and arrived in Rio, and took a boat ride to Esme's island, and island that Carlisle bought for her and named after her, that had a small cottage there, where they'd be staying. Then they were off to go for a dip in the pool. That night they go to sleep, but Bella has a terrible dream, or what Edward thought it was, but there they were the next morning, as she had tears in her eyes, but she tells him that they're happy tears, and wants her dream to come true, that she trusts him, that nothing bad was going to happen, that this is what she wanted.

Despite what you think about the whole imprinting thing, even if its a part of you to think that your happy, because your genes tell you that you are, its better then trying to love someone you know you can't have, as Leah has showed us with Emily and Sam. At least if you had imprinted on someone then you'd get over Bella.
And what if I'd imprinted on you? That would be very strange. Considering, you love me for different reasons, and A. we love each other like siblings and B. I already have my love match. But you know I wouldn't be able to help it. We'd find away around it. But if you had, then we would've already figured something out a long time ago, and still had felt the same way towards each other, and you could be with whoever you wanted to be with.
But hypothetically, what if your imprinted love match was a fast ager, like another mystical creature and it would only be possible for you to be together because she would age fast and stop aging at a certain time because that's who she was. What are you saying? I'm saying what if she hasn't been born yet?

At the Island Edward introduces her to the house keepers, and leave them to do their job, the woman in charge suspects he knows what he is and is scared for Bella. And Bella has been throwing up now all morning, and she's late. And when she thinks its impossible, I call her.
