Pagpapakilala ko sa kliyente ko ngayon. She asked me to meet her here sa coffee shop near RGC for us talk about what she want me to do.
"Doctora Helena Yu. You can call me Helen."she replied and offered me the open seat infront of her. I sat down and get out my note pad. I need to jot down what she wants.
"So....What type of house do you want?"tanong ko.
"Do you have samples with you?"she asked back.
"Sure. Here."I slide her the folder of some outputs na pwede niyang pagpilian.
She looked at it carefully. Observing the designs. She looked serious while busy picking a type of house na meron ako. Honestly,those were my works noong college pa lang ako sa UST. Helen was wearing a silk blue top and a paired with a white silk skirt and her coat were on her shoulders covering them. She wore different from me. Halos lahat ng meron siya sa katawan ay mamahalin ang itsura. She had her Prada bag and LV shades and YSL heels. She looked like a brand ambassador the way she looked like right now. While me,I was wearing a black pants-suit and I wore a white tube inside. And I paired with black Jordans.
"I'll have this one."she said and pointed at a semi-mansion house. It was colored in mixed black and white with brown colors on it.
"Okay. Saan mo balak ipatayo to?"I asked.
"I have a lot in QC. Probably there. I'll pay you double. Gusto ko kasi na matapos siya before next year,November."she said that made me looked at her. "Is it okay to you?"she added.
I nod before answering. "Yes. I'll try to make the construction of it,faster as expected. I'll try to update you too."I replied.
After that, nagpaalam na din ako sa kanya dahil may pupuntahan pa ako na site sa Batangas. It's a project of the Laxamana Group. I was the assigned Architect para sa hotel na yun. I drove the car to Batangas and check the site. I also wanted to talk to Eng. Serrano. The Engineering Department Head.
