Ugh... Work... And death...

I jolt up after witnessing such horrific events... but then I remember, I have to work today.

I go see the town leader, DeathEater, and ask them about what I am supposed to do about funds and building my house. They said "We'all begin building the house around midday. But as for funds, you could try working at the farm."

I went down to the farm, asked them what I could do, and they gave me a list:

1. Feed chickens

2. Collect eggs

3. Clean the cages

4. Gather pork from pigs

5. Clean saddles

6. Cut quartz for columns for house door.

Pay: $2000

I get to work and feed the chickens some seeds-easy enough

Collecting the eggs-gross and dirty, but easy

Cleaning the cages-Found something unusual... some kind of key, I put it in my pocket and finish

Gathering pork from pigs-don't really feel comfortable killing animals, but a job is a job •kill• done

Cleaning saddles-They were really dirty, as if the pigs rolled around on them

Finally, cutting the quartz-this is going to be a bit hard... I grabbed the chisel and backed away at it. Took me at least 4 hours to make a stack... but I am finally done.

I go to the farmer, and tell him I am done. He pays me and I go to the village square to meet the village leader and start building my house.

I go to the village square... but no one is here... DeathEater isn't around at all...

Its very well past midday, and no sign of DeathEater... where could they be...

Concerned, I go to their office to check on them. But when I arrive... all I see is DeathEater's body, lying on the floor... lifeless. On the blood splattered wall, words. They read "Be warned" but what could that mean? All I know is that I'm not going to be building my house.

I go into the village to spread the word. They local authorities are very alarmed. And very concerned. They insist on me leaving the next day. I agree and leave them to their work.

It is almost midnight, I should get to sleep.

I go to the inn, the residents are very frightened. I go to my room. I climb into my bed, and lay awake for hours. I then slowly drift off to sleep.
