It's morning and everyone is walking though the forest. Thomas is walking with Jasper both of them are quite. Thomas speaks "Are you okay Jasper you been quiet all morning" Jasper speaks "I'm fine" Thomas doesn't believe Jasper. Jasper sees Thomas face and than speaks "I just don't like bring surrender by many humans I use to only be around my people" Thomas speaks "I'm sorry you're feeling like this I'm truly am" Jasper speaks "Don't be I'm here for this journey after all" Thomas sees something else is bothering Jasper. Thomas speaks "I feel like there's something else you're not telling me" Jasper wonders if he should tell Thomas what's really bothering. Jasper speaks "You're right there is something else wrong" Thomas speaks in a gently tone "You can tell me I won't tell anyone" Jasper was about to speak until Howell turns around and whispers"Thomas I found them" Thomas, Howell, and everyone start sneaking. Elwin, Olivia , and Braerm hide behind a tree. Thomas, Howell, and Jasper hide in a bush. There are witches are holding and walking a long chain with the long chain are people chifs atteck on the long chains. The witches pull the long chain. Witches speak in wickedly "Move faster you useless souls" the witch pulls the long chain to make people move forward. Howell gets ready to pull his sword out. Thomas quickly and quickly grabs Howell's hands. Thomas whispers "Stop we need a plan first we can't attack head on if we do people will die" Howell quietly sighs and than speaks "What's the plan?" Jasper smiles a little knowing Thomas listened to him. The witch pulls the chain harder. People in chains scream in pain. All of a sudden a fire blocks the witches path. The witches look around. All of a sudden arrows land beside there feet. The witch drops the long chain. Elwin, Jasper, Howell come from the left side while Thomas, Olivia, and Braerm come from the left. The witches realizes they outmatched and than disappears. Howell and Braerm Go unchain the people. Everyone put there weapon away. Jasper and Olivia go to Thomas. Thomas speaks sounding cautious "The witches left way to quickly...something is not right" Jasper speaks "You think they will be back" Thomas speaks "I do we need to be ready for them" Howell and Braerm were able to free everyone from the chains. Everyone feels safe again. Howell speaks "Let's get you all home" old man speaks "We knew you would save us Howell" Howell speaks "I didn't do it alone" everyone looks at Thomas and his companions. Young woman speaks in disbelief "I can't believe I got rescue by snow elfs I thought they hated us" Howell speaks "They don't they are here to help that's all that matters" everyone is still in stock and remain silent. Howell speaks "Let's get you all home" everyone starts walking forward and following Howell. Thomas speaks "Howell I don't think it's—" Howell speaks "I know what you're going to say let's just not say it out loud my people been though enough and just want to get home" Thomas looks back at Jasper. Jasper looks at Thomas. Thomas looks forward and still worrying the witches will return. A Black raven is sitting on a tree brunch and watches the group heading a direction.
