niall pov 

I woke up sweating and out of breathe, what happend i thought to myself.(diff pov)He looked around his hotel room that all the boys were sharing.Making sure not to wake them, he got out of bed closing the bedroom door while walking to kitchen.He had tear stains on his cheek and his eyes were red and puffy.He went to get a glass of water to try and calm himself down.His hands were violently shaking which made him drop the glass,his eyes went wide.

Zayn shot out of his bed when he heard the glass shatter.He then noticed everyone else up confused and worried. The boys walked out of the room to see niall cleaning up the mess with cuts all over his hands due to cleaning the glass.Liam ran over to niall to stop him from cleaning all the glass up." niall what happend are you ok?" Louis asked noticing that niall was crying.Niall nodded his head, "im so sorry i did not  mean too my hands were just abit to shakey and i-i"niall said."stop it, your okay theres nothing to be sorry for it was an accident" zayn said.Liam and Louis cleaned up the glass while Zayn and Harry took niall to the restroom to clean up his hands.

"what happend?" Harry asked while finishing wrapping up nialls last wound. "i- i ddont know, i woke up scared and out of breathe as if i had a bad dream or somthing like that but i did not know what to do so i got water but my hands were to shakey and i dropped the cup" niall said in shame.Zayn lifted nialls head and gave him a peck on the lips."theres nothing to be upset about, we are not mad we are just glad our niall is ok".

Harry helped niall back into bed and stayed with him for the rest of the day .
