(The scene starts by panning through the halls of a High School, seeing students in various states of costume, many haphazardly thrown together that morning, and some that have been planned months prior. They begin to enter their classrooms. Then a disembodied narrator begins to speak.)
Narrator. Thursday, October 31st, 1996. Halloween. A day I have learned to dread over the years I have attended this God forsaken school. Irresponsible, childish kids walking around, harassing each other. (We then get to see who this disembodied voice belongs to, it's a young boy in his mid teens. He has pale skin, dark brown hair and sleepy, cool grey eyes, he’s not in costume. We follow him as he begins to roam the now empty halls, presumably in search of his class. We then approach a closed classroom door. Through the window we can see that class is already in session) It’s enough to make you wanna die. (The young boy then passes through the still closed door leaving us on the other side of it.)
