"So what exactly are you going to do when you get to the hospital?" Delphi asked.

"I'm just going to talk to her. And totally not plot to kill her." Fallon smirked and laid back.

"But do you think trying to ruin her life is a little extreme?"

"Don't tell me you're on Steven and Liam's side too."

"I'm not on anyone's side. But maybe you should consider being nice to her." Delphi focused on the road. "And plus she's better than Alexis."

"Oh for sure."

"I'll be giving Sam a big hug for sure." As Delphi drove, Fallon focused on her phone.

"Oh my God, Blake texted me."

"Wow, shocker. He never texts us."

"Yeah, but he wants us to bring flowers for Cristal. Unbelievable." Fallon grumbled and laid back against the seat.

"Don't worry Fal. I'll sneak you back in and you can snatch them."

"Ha deal."

Fallon scrolled through her phone until another message popped up.

"Who's it from?" Delphi asked as she turned the car to the right.

"It's Sam. He's very upset about the fact that Cristal's been nearly killed for the second time."

"I'm surprised he hasn't stopped talking to you Fal."

"Honestly, me too. I mean I did try to kill her."

The sisters arrived at the hospital and entered.

Fallon's face was contorted to a straight line while Delphi looked around for Sam.

"Sam?" Delphi asked as she peeked in an open door.

Sam was laying on the long couch while Blake was holding Cristal's hands while talking to her.

Delphi lightly walked into the room while Fallon full-out sped walked.

"Here are your dumb flowers." Fallon threw the bouquet at the bed.

"Fallon, please be respectful for once." Blake threw his hands up, gave Cristal a kiss and walked out.

Sam woke up from his sleep and noticed Fallon and Delphi standing near the bed.

"Fallon, Delphi?" Sam asked as he adjusted his hair.

"Hey, Sam." Delphi squeezed Sam tight and rubbed his back. "How is she doing"

"She's better. But she's resting so we have to leave soon." Sam walked over to Cristal, kissed her and walked out of the room along with Delphi, while Fallon stayed behind.

She reached her hand out and snatched the flowers from the vase and slipped out.

"Well, I have to go." Fallon strode out of the hospital and saw Liam sitting on his motorcycle.

"I keep forgetting you have this bike." Fallon slipped on and pulled a helmet on her head.

"You think I would get rid of Freddie?" Liam asked as he stroked the bike.

"I think it's odd for a grown man to name his motorcycle Freddie."

"Hey, I don't judge you for muttering about me in your sleep." Liam quirked as he laughed.

Fallon stayed silent. She couldn't defend herself.

"Let's go." The engine was turned on and the bike drove smoothly down the road.

Delphi drove Sam back to the manor while Blake drove himself.

"We can hang out tonight if you want." Delphi offered.

"Sure, besides I never get to hang out with you."

"Yay, Dam is together." Delphine jumped onto Sam's shoulders and laughed.

She never experienced a better friendship.

Hours later, Sam and Delphi were hanging out in the movie room watching horror movies.

"What's going to happen" Delphi started chewing on the blanket.

"Are you actually scared?" Sam asked.

"Duh! I hate horror movies." Delphi buried her face in the blanket.

"Come here." Sam wrapped his arm around Delphi and held her tight.

She leaned her head on Sam's shoulder and closed her eyes.

An hour later, she and Sam fell asleep in the movie room while the ending credits played on the screen.

It was the best night of their lives.

~~~
The next morning, Delphi woke up still in the movie room.
Why was she here?
She looked beside her and noticed Sam dead asleep beside her.
Then it hit her. She and Sam hung out last night and watched a bunch of crappy horror movies.
James walked in and noticed Delphi was about to fall off the couch.
"Come here, sweetie." James picked her up bridal style and escorted her upstairs.
James laid her down on the bed and walked toward Delphi's closet.
He selected a yellow sundress and sunglasses.
"Isn't this Fallon's outfit?" Delphi asked.
"Yeah, but it looks better on you."
Delphi put the dress on and stood up.
"Come outside." James grabbed her hand, led her down the stairs and out the back door.
The entire yard was covered in flowers and there were swans in the fountain.
"Oh my God." Delphi looked around the yard at a loss for words.
She noticed that everyone was outside, including Julienne.
"Why is everyone out here," Delphi asked.
James got down on one knee and held a box in his hands.
He opened the box and inside it was a beautiful diamond ring.
"Delphine Carrington, will you marry me?"
