 A room full of reporters can be seen in front of a podium that was set up with multiple microphones. The reporters were there waiting for the principle of UA to give his statement about the attack on the USJ. Most of the reporters mainly cared about how they would respond to the murder of a student during this attack along with the message left behind. After some time Nezu walked up to the podium earning multiple questions with the sounds and flashes of cameras. Behind him stood two UA staff which were Cementose and Ectoplasim. Once Nezu got to the podium standing on a small box to be able to reach the microphones due to his small height.

"Please everyone calm down", Nezu said wanting everyone to quiet down. Soon the voices died down.

"I'm here to address the attack that recently took place against UA along with answer other questions. First off I would like to say that my condolences go out to Mr. and Mrs. Koji with the loss of their son. It was a tragedy that we lost such a bright and young man who would have made a great hero", Nezu began. While this was taking place No Name can be seen in the bar by himself watching the tv with a bottle and glass of scotch.

"We are taking steps to insure the future safety of our students. Going as far as implementing a dorm system into the school so we may keep a closer eye on students. We'll also be adding more security to the campus along with having it mandatory that four UA staff members must be together when students go onto a field trip. We assure you we can still protect our students", Nezu said trying to assure the public UA was still safe. A reporter raised his hand which Nezu pointed out.

"Do you have the identity of the man responsible?", the reporter asked.

"We do but the thing is we don't know his true name. He's a villain that goes by the name "No Name". We believe him along with his colleagues orchestrated this attack on the USJ. Due to some of the students witness testimonies we were able to have a photo made", Nezu said holding up a photo.

"This man is extremally dangerous and if seen should be avoided at all costs. We also expect him to be the main suspect in a string of murders that have recently taken place. Most noticeable the attack on a heroes agency which resulted in the death of twenty five innocents", Nezu answered. Another reporter raised their hand before asking their question.

"Do you have any ideas on why this attack happened?"

"We do, according to no name this was the beginning of his sole mission to burn down the society we know. Which leads me to believe that he has suffered some kind of injustice and blames the heroes and society for not granting the justice he deserves", Nezu said.

"It's true that our society isn't perfect. It doesn't mean that an individual like no name should take it into his own hands to try and bring chaos and disorder to society. I promise that we will protect the students along with help find this man along with this league of villains. Koji Koda's death will be avenged, I promise you that. No more questions", Nezu said before walking away with flashes and questions being asked.

After the press conference was done No Name stood up from his seat leaving his drink as the normal news turned on. Slowly the other TVs turned on in the bar showing different news broadcasts. They all showed similar titles about the attack on UA. As each TV played out No Name began to laugh before he went into a laughing fit. All you could hear in the bar was the sound of laughter.

In a police precinct the chief can be seen giving a briefing to his officers. On the board is a drawn picture of no name with a map showing the scene of each of his crimes with his most recent. He also had pictures of each crime scene shown up on the board. The chief can be seen warning his officers to approach no name with caution. In the background a detective can be seen watching the briefing, Naomasa Tsukauchi. He walked away heading to his office.

When he walks into his office empty cups of what held coffee were all over the room. He sat down at his desk full of files pertaining to no names murder victims. Next to him is a board with his picture and a map with the same layout from the briefing with pins where each crime took place. There was also a red string attached to pins attached to each crime scene making a web. Naomasa turned his chair looking at the pictures deep in thought.

At the hero commission agents can be seen scrambling across the office. All trying to find leads on No Name so they can find him. After his attack on a hero agency the hero commission were trying to find No Names identity. Attacking a hero agency is the equivalent of declaring war on the commission and the heroes. In one office specifically which so happened to be the president of the commission can be seen looking at a letter.

Her face looked pale as she looked at the letter. She reached into her desk pulling out a lighter. She lit a corner of the paper on fire before throwing it into her trash can. Before the paper burned to ash the words "You know who I am" are written in big red letters. She leaned back in her chair, her hand over her mouth as her eyes had a dead look in them.

Back at the bar No Name is seen still laughing enjoying the reward of his deeds. He put his hands on the bar trying to calm down from his fit of laughter. As this happened Toru walked in right when his laughing fit was starting to calm down. She walked up slowly to no name not sure if he was stable at the moment.

"Are you ok mask?", Toru asked. No name looked over at Toru slightly unnerving her.

"Of course, why wouldn't I be? My plans are going into fruition. Look around Toru!", No name said while showing his hands toward the TVs. They were all still playing the news talking about his crimes and Koda's death.

"Everyone is beginning to fear me. As all these news channels tell of my tail it starts putting a question into everyone's head. Can I trust the heroes? Do I feel safe? slowly these questions will become louder and louder to the point they no longer trust society"

"You want them to tear each other apart", Toru said in realization.

"Ding ding ding, you get a prize! I don't need to do anything invisy. I just need to keep fanning the flames to the point the heroes are the villains now. Everything is going better than I could ever imagine", No Name said with a laugh.

"So what are you going to do now?", Toru asked with a hint of fear. No Name walked up to Toru gently putting his hands on her shoulder before looking her right in her eyes.

"Fan the flames"
