How you guys became friends Part 1

Background- You have 1 baby brother named Mateo you live with your mom dad and Abuela your Abuelo died when you were 1. Your Abuela and Abuela Alma are friends and your mama and papa are friends with Pepa Felix Julieta and Augustin. You are four turning five in a couple of months and Camilo is turning 5 next week. You are best friends with Dolores and Mirable (mostly Mirable because of the age.).And Camilo's gift ceremony is before Mirable's.

Your POV.

Mirable has been talking nonstop about how her cousin Camilo was having his gift ceremony in a couple of weeks so she asked if I wanted to meet him first of course  I said yes because of how close our familias are. Finally today I was going over to see them and Mirable was so excited but little did I know someone else was too.

"I'm so excited are you excited I bet you are excited!"Mirable practically screamed even though I was like a foot away from her.

"I am but remember my brother is sleeping right now so can you not scream," I said walking over to my closet to pick an outfit.

"Right sorry, anyways we have to find a nice outfit for you to wear. Oh, this one looks nice!" She said as she took out a white dress with colorful butterflies on it.

"Ok, I'll go put it on," I said as I took the dress out of her hands and walked over to my dressing room to get the dress on.

As I walked out all I heard was Mirable gasp then she walked over to my vanity and took my favorite butterfly headband and place it on my head.

"Ok, now you are ready let's go!"She said as she rushed me out of the house to her casita.

When we got to the doorway somehow I already knew the drill most likely cause I was here a lot after my Abuelo passed. When the door opened I was greeted immediately by Mirable's Abuela. 

"We are so happy you came to see Camilo before his ceremony so you can get to know him he doesn't have that many friends even though he is a Madrigal."

"No worries my mama did the same for tia Pepa and tia Julieta so I have no problem."

"Perfecto. Madrigals come see Y/n!" Abuela Alma said and as expected Dolores was the first out then Luisa next was Isabela then the adults and finally, a curly haired boy that I figured must have been Camilo. I have to say he was cuter than I thought, but you could see how excited and nervous he was. Everybody said hi and hugged me but then the curly haired boy came up to me.

"Um hi," he said you could hear how nervous he was.

"Hi there!" I said with a hint of excitement that's when he perked up and asked if I wanted to hang out in the nursery where he and Mirable stay since they haven't gotten their gifts I obviously said yes so he pulled me upstairs and all day we played games and joked with each other, but little did I know this day would be the day I met my life long partner.
