"Why am I so lonely" Elijah asked to himself while walking to school.
His friend, Ava was talking to Elizabeth, her best friend. He came and said hi. Soon, all his other friends arrived. One Elijah's closest friends was Thomas, the captain of the football team. He had a boyfriend: Henry, leader of the book club. Henry and Thomas always talked together.
As he looked around, Elijah realized everyone had a special person they talked to more than the others. He realized he never had anyone like that. Whether it was a partner or a best friend, he didn't have that special person. Even his closest friends all had someone else they chatted more with.
The boy couldn't stand being lonely for another second.
"I need to find this special someone!" He told himself.
From that day on, Elijah would go on a long journey to find his special person.
