Third Person POV

The next morning, Taehyung went to Jungkook's and was greeted like usual by Mr.Jeon, except that-

"Hi,Tae"he sighed

"Is everything fine uncle?Do you need my help for anything?"

"Nono thats fine sweetie. Its just, Jungkook is down with fever and cold."

"What?Oh my god! How come uncle?"Taehyung freaked out.

"I dont know too bear. He said that he stood by the balcony. But to my knowledge ,it wasnt even that chill. So I dont know and even if i question him more, he will go to the grump max mode. Already it was difficult to give him the medicine early this morning."he concluded.

Tae sighed. "Will you be going to the hospital today then?"

He hummed thoughtfully for a second before giving the reply. "I guess I wont!I will have to check up on him later."

"Okay uncle. I will just take a look at him and then go to school"

"Sure Sure bear"

He jogged away and slowly opened Jungkook's room door, careful on not to make any noise.He peeked inside only to see jungkook fighting the urge to sleep.

"Titi hong"he whined.His voice was coarse and he was occasionally sniffing to stop his runny nose.

"Hey baby bun"He sat near him and carassed his hair.

"Just go to sleep baby.Hyung will come by evening soon and-"

"Nooo dont go" the sentence came out strained.

"Shhh. I know you are Hyungi's good boy. You will listen to me right? or I will be worried and upset on how much of a bad boy my candy is."

Taehyung acted soo upset and sad.

"No.I will be g-*cough* good boy. Please come soon" he whispered

Taehyung looked at his big doe eyes which was filled with tears.

He then touched Jungkook's forehead with his palm and hissed.
"You need to sleep now baby. Be a good boy and I will come before you even know. Okay?" He informed and gave a chaste kiss on his forehead.

It didn't even take a second for Jungkook to go back to sleep as Taehyung left to the school.

TIME SKIP

It was 4.00pm and Tae directly came to Jungkook's just after his classes got over.

"Hello Aunty!"

"Hi Tae bear"

"How is Jungkook?"

"Take a look at him yourself tae. Also you know what?That bunny ate 3 ice cream cones yesterday" She sighed.

Tae couldnt help but sigh. "My baby wont listen.Uhh! I will go to him now aunty." Mrs.Jeon hummed.

He slowly entered kook's room and saw Jungkook looking straight at him with red, puffy eyes.

He walked towards him and sat on the bed edge near him. He could see the tear strains on his cheeks.

Jungkook hugged Tae tightly resting his head on his chest.

"Why were you crying hm? You were being a bad boy and ate ice creams even after so many pleas and warnings from me."

He could feel his shirt getting wet.Taehyung sighed for the nth time today.

"Okay now tell me why you are crying bubba"He pulled jungkook a bit away from him to wipe his tears.He was looking for an answer.

"Papa meanie"he mumbled hiccuping.
