A surprise i can't refuse

Inazuma.
The city that people with visions usually feared. It used to be somewhere i couldn't be safe , since the vision hunt was still active back then i had to escape for my own good. But some people have suffered just because of some dumb vision they didn't choose to get in the first place.
Now , since the war ended the vision hunt degree has also stopped and some people from the Watasumi land have left to visit their old friends and family.

Lady Kokomi has announced a meeting for today with everyone gathered , but since there isn't much to be done anymore i was pretty curious , so of course i went , i had to hurry since i was running late but when i got there i was more than surprised , i was honestly happy!
Kokomi has announced that she's holding a trip to Inazuma so we could visit our old town , go around to meet friends and family and just have fun.
Some people didn't agree to this and stayed behind , but those who were excited like me agreed in a second so in total there were 25 people going. Kokomi gave me some documents to fill for the trip , some agreements and signatures who were needed from those who were leaving with us and i was more than happy to do them , "When do i need to get these done?" I say while gently grabbing them out of her arms "Tomorrow morning would be good , since we're leaving then as well. Don't push yourself too hard , and if you need help don't be afraid to tell me. Thank you for helping." She gave me a warm smile before walking away to the other people to explain the time and date they all needed to meet , and of course where.
At 2pm tomorrow , we were gonna leave with Captains Beidou boats, i don't know who she is but Kokomi told me about her before and just mentioned that she's a close friend to hers. I'm deep into my thoughts while walking back to my house to finish these documents ,i might even stay up these time to finish on time but it doesn't matter since I'm used to it.

- 3rd person -

Gorou of course stays up today to finish the documents , right after he finishes them at around 2am he immediately fell asleep on his desk. His head gently laid down on his arms while also accidentally drooling on his table due to being so tired.
Kokomi suddenly enters his house to check up on him and seeing him in this position just made her cheeks flush, a small smile appeared on her face while she slowly walked to him and put her hand on his shoulder to wake him up
gently.

"Huh..? Oh , Lady Kokomi..gosh did i fall asleep?" He lifted his head up while gently rubbing his eyes
"It's fine don't worry , i wanted to check up on you and i see you've finished everything. Go to bed Gorou , tomorrow's a big day for us." She smiled gently at him and gave him a pet on the head before leaving , Gorou smiled as well and nodded before getting up and setting every document on his desk in place then headed to the bathroom to wash himself before putting on his sleepwear and head to bed. He's never slept this peacefully before and enjoyed every second of it , he even had a nice dream which just made it better for him. It really does feel better sleeping after hours of work.

--1st person / the next day--

What is that..that sound , it's so annoying , gosh just make it sto- "THE ALARM!" I shot up from his bed in horror , I looked at the clock and gasped " ITS ALREADY 1PM? Oh god NO-" Of course I ran to the bathroom for a quick shower then ran right out and quickly put on my clothes , I got the documents i did last night and ran out the door.
"Oh i hope I'm gonna be there on time , it's already 1:30pm and it's pretty far away but i got this, RIGHT?" Whenever I'm stressed i just talk to myself to calm myself down , which works sometimes but it backfired today.
In luck i managed to get there on time and looked around for Kokomi , she was already on the ship and waved at me to come on board , the water always made me sick since I'm not that good with water but I managed.
"Lady Kokomi! I'm so sorry for not coming sooner but here's the documents you wanted." I smiled at her while I was still sweating from all that running so i wipe it off with my hand and gasp for air.
"You need to rest Gorou , thank you for the documents and don't worry. Now that everyone's here we can finally leave , you didn't miss much just my another announcement but it doesn't matter that much." Kokomi smiled at me warmly , gosh that smile always made my heart jump and melt but i hid my blushing face with my hand and nodded at her before walking off to talk to my friends.

The ship went off and Kokomi walked towards me with another tall woman , she kinda looked like a pirate but I bowed down In respect anyways.
"Gorou , this is Captain Beidou , the person i walked about a while ago. I wanted you to meet her since she's a close friend of mine who helped me before." Kokomi pointed at the woman next to her and she grabbed my hand for a handshake , which i didn't expect.

"Ayy kiddo I've heard LOTS about you! Kokomi really is lucky to have someone like ya around , plus I've also heard you're some kind of general , at your size i wouldn't have expected it at all." She lets out a loud laugh at the end of her sentence and shakes my hand some more before letting go "Yeah aha..I've heard some stuff about you as well , you're a close friend to Kokomi who's helped with bringing vision owners from Inazuma to our land , thank you for that." I smiled at her and bowed once again since i respected her for the help she's given us
"Don't mention it , I'm just doing what's right for all of us. Now I'm gonna talk to some other people as well and get to know em too , wanna come with me Kokomi?" Kokomi nodded and followed Beidou while also waving at Gorou then turning around to the other people on the ship.

I sighed and looked around going to the edge of the ship , I didn't dare to look down but the view was absolutely stunning.
i couldn't help but enjoy it as well as the wind that was caressing my hair and tail gently. I closed his eyes for a moment to enjoy the moment and smiled to myself , this was gonna be a great day , and i can't wait for tomorrow.
