Circus in the mind|| patches

pathes palooza!!

Patches Pathes was the daughter of her two successful parents. Their names were Lulu Pathes and Arnie Pathes. Patches always was upbeat and funny, but that's just how she was raised. She was born into a circus in Washington. At this time in her life she was about 9 years old, she was well trained in gymnastics. She had bright green hair, but neon green. Also light blue eyes that's almost look like they were faded. She was as pale as ever and blushed easily. She wore her hair in low, loose pigtails held in pink and blue scrunchies that she would push to the front. She wore a red a white strips bodysuit that would come to her upper thighs, she wore these puffs on her shoulders that were themed as the scrunchies but revered, with one side pink and the other blue. She has always had this style, since she was a toddler, it reminds her of her parents, which who died in a duo stunt with a lion, it was gory. I really shouldn't go into details, everyone at the circus that day witnessed the horrifying event, even poor Patches. She wishes she was over it already, it happened when she was 11, it's been 7 years. She often found herself crying doing acts that reminded her of them and stopped keeping animals in the facility. Over the years, she lost customers, which resulted in less earnings, and lower pay, and less workers, and after it all... she was alone. She struggled to pay off the Bill's for the tent, and decided to declare bankruptcy. She still did the acts, everyday, she did every job in the entire circus. Only a few people showed up per week, if people show up two days in a a row hell! What a lucky week?. But these glimpses of happiness.. I wasnt enough. She shut down the circus and stared paying for the palooza as a home and not a business, she worked from home doing birthday party commissions and finishing up her senior year. Patches was lucky because the end of her school year is around the corner, then she could focus all her energy into the Palooza. Well that didn't pay off great, tlshe fell into a deep depression and wouldn't come out of the dressing room for weeks. she was angsty, couldn't blame her though with what shes been through. If only she had someone to help.....
