It has been awhile since I wrote....we are making our way east, we had heard a radio signal calling people there, it could be a trap, but the group says they have enough to take down an army. It is true that we have lots of guns and bullets, but we are inexperienced...
Today the red mist is thinning, I actually saw a poppy flower growing. I think we've endured the worst of it....for now...Yesterday it rained, so we had 'fresh' drinking water, if you don't count the color the red mist had turned the water.
Dan complained about the color but Stanford didn't mind, he said it was better to be unnerved than to be dead. The Nameless man had lost his guitar about a week ago and has been looking around for music stores that hadn't been destroyed. I hope we find one too, keeping music alive is a good way to keep society alive. It also helps keep moral up.
