Bella and I were very close. We were only 2 years apart and was the best little sister I could ever think of. She was struck by a drunk driver on July 27th, 2007 at 3:50 pm. I was there. Seven years ago she died and my family was never the same.
She had blond hair and brown eyes just like me. My parents were very wealthy business owners. We had a summer house in East Hampton, NY and we owned a large house in Texas. As a little kid it was always a giants mansion. With 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, foyer, movie room, and more it was my dream house. Even though the house was huge, it was always cozy and full when Bella was around. When she passed away at the age of 8 the house felt cold and empty. There were no more giggles, no more little feet running up and down the hallways, no more Bella.
I was this 10 year old girl who just lost her one and only sister.
Or so I thought.
