A pretentious couple in public worked out

It’s been four days now since the day that Ryan had changed into a silent type guy. I must be thankful about it because no one will argue with me anymore, no beast will ever going to ruin my day. Actually, I’m not used to it. Ryan James, the pain in the ass of all the staffs he is working with is now serious with what he is doing and saying? He is always on time and never giving J a stress that he had with Ryan years ago. He is not the stubborn Ryan anymore, but I’m really not used to it.

“Hey Ms. Hyacinth McBorrow!”

I knew it was Ryan who’s calling me. He is the only one who is calling me that way. I can feel my heartbeat from my chest as I look at the direction where the voice came from. And I saw him on my right side, about 2 meters away. He is wearing his blue shirt with his brown jeans. That baby blue eyes spark as I stare at it.

“Ms. Hyacinth McBorrow!”

As he called my name once again, I woke up from my daydream.

“O-oh. Yes why?” I answered in a crack voice.

“We have to take a photo together. I have to post it on instagram and on my other social media accounts”

Instagram? Photo together? I’m confused. Why does he need to do that?

He came closer. So close that I didn’t see him coming that fast. I looked at him as he leaned down. He has to lean down because I’m only 5 ft. and he is 5’7 or maybe 5’8 ft tall. My whole body is in an internal panic and I’m trembling.

“For publicity purposes” his soothing voice let out those words.

Ah. Yes. I remember, we are a couple in the eyes of public. He is acting weird these days, or it maybe me who is acting weird lately? Ahhh. No! I’m fine, I’m fine. I’m just not used to these things and crazy days.

“Right. For publicity” I said calmly. Get easy on this Hya. It’s just a picture together. For publicity and for future career. For J. “Okay. Let’s do it” I added.

“Dee? Can you take a picture of us?”

“Alright. Do I have a choice? Give me your phone then”

When Dee started to capture some poses, Ryan is acting so sweet in every photo that’s taken. He will hug me, or put his arm around my shoulders. We act like a real couple that time and it feels so awkward for me.

Dee gave back Ryan’s phone after Ryan was satisfied with the photos. “Thanks Dee”, he said.

To crack the awkward air between us, I thought to let some words out of my mouth, “Thanks Dee? How about me? I was nearly being choked there while your arm was around my shoulder. And your hug was so tight”. Then I laugh a little. When I stared at him, he smiled and ended up laughing smoothly. That smile broke the awkwardness I feel.

He came closer and rubbed my hair then put back his arm around my neck then tried to choke me while saying, “Okay. Thank you then Ms. Hyacinth McBorrow”. He held his other arm with the phone and we took a last picture before going. That time, I felt so comfortable around him.

Is it just me or those sweet acts really happened? Ryan changed a lot. I am liking everything about him right now. He is not that stubborn, arrogant and a beast like he was back then. I think…

J knocks...

I think…

“Hya? Dear, are you there?”

Knocks again

“Hyacinth?! Are you there?”

I am daydreaming again and I didn’t hear J at first. So I rush to the door and opened it.

“Hey. J. What’s up?”

“Come on, you and Ryan are on the showbiz news. Take a look”

J grabbed my and took me to the living room. It’s true, Ryan and I are on the showbiz news on tv.

Ryan James posted a selfie on his social media accounts with his loveteam or should I say, his girlfriend Hyacinth McBorrow! The two had been working together as celebrities since they were 16 years old. As you can see in their selfie together, I think that they really enjoy the company of each other. I believe that their fans are all going to support their upcoming movie, ‘Sweet Memories’ and will support their loveteam always. In an interview at Kelly’s show, the care and sweetness are obvious and it was the first time we saw them holding hands in an interview. Ryan also said that it is not just taking time of shootings but also keeping memories with person you wish to be with, in forever.

So it means that Hyacinth is the person that Ryan wants to be with, in forever! And Hyacinth also admitted that they are currently dating! So how was that for RyaCinth fans? I think you are all excited in their first ever movie together.

“Hey Hya?! Why are you smiling? You like the news?”

“Shut up J! I am not smiling!! I mean—ahh. I’m just happy we’ve reached this level of popularity. I think you were right, being with each other will help our career. Thanks”

Then I rushed into my room. Jumped in to my bed. Smiling.

We took a lot of picture, but the one he posted was our last picture, the one he took when he put his arm around my neck. The one….

Phone’s ringing

OH MY GOSH! RYAN IS CALLING, WHAT SHOULD I DO? OMG!

I cleared up my throat and answered the phone.

“Hey. What took you so long?” he asked suddenly without even saying hi.

“I—I was from the bathroom. Why’d you call?”

“Did you watch the news?”

“Yes. Why?”

“Nothing. You’re not mad about it?”

“Why would I?”

“Because you don’t like the whole pretending thing that we are a couple”

Yeah. I didn’t like the idea of it at first but…

“Hyacinth, you still there?”

“Ah. Yes. It’s alright. It will help our career anyway.”

“Okay. Good thing it’s alright with you.”

“Yeah. No biggie” I said. “By the way Ryan—.”

“yeah?”

“why’d you called that night after the interview?”

“Oh. I did?”

“Yeah. A night before the photoshoot for our movie”

“Oh. I must dialed it accidentally”

“That’s why. It’s okay”

Argh! Hyacinth?! I told you he just dialed it wrong. What am I thinking? Hate it!

“Okay. So see you on set tomorrow. Byebye Ms. Hyacinth McBorrow”

Call ended

I prefer the sarcastic evil stubborn beast! I hate it when he acts this sweet and kind. I’m not used to it. I’m not hating him anymore. I’m starting to like him. Now I can picture him out as a perfect man. But I know he won’t feel the same way.
