MEET MY NEW GAY FRIEND

" Is Cleo always like that?". I asked Tesla  while we walked down the hallway.
" Like what?. She asked sharply.
" I mean, is she always rude and grumpy?". I replied.
" Well, I've known Cleo since 5th grade. I gotta say she's a spoilt kid that really really lacked some home training. Her dad owns a couple of estates in L.A and California. And a winery too.
Her mom owns the ultimate cosmetics product. They also own a couple of private jets". Tesla explained.

"Ooh!". Came my reply. " Tesla?". I called her. " Yeah?". She answered.
"You said something about been into me. If I may ask. What did you really mean by that?". I asked a bit curious.

" listen... I'm not tryna give you a wrong impression about me. But I'm a lesbian. I figured out I was into girls not guys since 7th grade". She told me.

" Woah! That's sick!. I remarked.
" When were you out". I asked, keenly interested. " I was out when I was 14 ". But listen you gotta promise you're not gonna tell anyone. Please?". She looked a bit bothered.

' look, I promise I won't tell anyone okay. Its our secret. And besides you shouldn't be afraid to be who you are. There's nothing wrong with it. All you have to do is to be proud and learn to live with the real you". I told her.

" You really think I can live with it?". She asked. " My parents would give up on me if I  said I was gay. I'm all they have. My dad would kill me if I utter the word gay". She said with a sober tone.
" It's your life and happiness that matters, not theirs. You won't be happy either if you  do what they expect of you. All you have to do is to open up and talk to them about it. Am sure they would understand". I said all confident.

" You think they would hear me out?". She questioned. " Of course they would.  They love you". I said defiantly.

" I uhhh... Is Sean dating Cleo?". I asked a bit nervous.

" Of course not, they duo broke up after Sean found out Cleo was hooking up with Kelvin. That's Sean's older brother. He found out Cleo was cheating on him and so he ended things with her. And since then Cleo had been looking for slight opportunities to mend things back with him. But it seems Sean has already given up on things with her". Tesla replied sharply. " But I'll say she really deserves that break-up.  She deserves worse. I really hate that bitch!!". She said angrily.

"I'm really sorry for asking if that really got you this mad". I found my tongue.
" No you did nothing. I just .... Never mind. Let's go". We started walking out.
" Hey can you send me a couple of your twerk videos?". Tesla asked.

"Sure". Came my reply. "Sweet, I really need it". Tesla joked.
