He left for the 12th time this week. He's been mad and hurting himself. I wonder what he will do if I leave him.
Kai's pov:
' god damn it' Im at the business now and I want to go home but, we are understaffed. Why are we understaffed? Because most of them worked for Voltaire and Boris. I don't even know how to trust anyone anymore. But , I need to protect (y/n). There the main reason I'm still here .
"Mr.Hiwarty?" Sounded my secretary.
"What." I replied. I'm on the edge of yelling at her to get out.
"Y-your wanted in a court room."
"What the fuck! Why?"
"It has something to do with Voltaire and Boris.."
"Put it on my desk tomorrow.Leave."
"Bye" then she left.
I open my cabinet and take a cigarette,lighter, and a mint.I put the mint in my pocket then start smoking. I look around the room for something sharp. "Ugh" nothing is sharp enough. So, I take pain killers and start getting tired and dizzy. Oh well I'll be fine.
*10 minutes later*
(Y/n) walks in to Kai's office. " KAI!"
He was passed out on the floor with a lighter in hand.
When (your pronouns) found him on the floor you called an ambulance. Both of you had to stay the night. The day Kai woke up he explained to you the pressure of the company with the things he had to get done.
