~5 years later~

I woke up to the alarm. Another day to the early wakeup at 6 in the morning. It was nothing new not since Damien started school a few months ago. My little boy just seemed to be growing up so fast. He was finally in kindergarten. “Ugh Ronnie will you get him up this time?” I whisper. “Yea I got it.” Ronnie says climbing out of bed. Things were great now, I was married to the man of my dreams, had a beautiful son who looked more and more like his dad everyday, our family couldn’t be better. Cyndy and Michael got married a few years back and welcomed a little one of their own not too soon after. A little boy named Lestat. Brandy and Jacky married also around the same time as Cyndy and Michael, their expecting a baby girl in a few months. DJ and Cynthia got married as well, their expecting their first baby in the fall. Were all excited to find out whether it will be a boy or girl. Of course us girls being as we are, we all live together in one very giant house I might add. “Damiens awake he’s getting dressed now, want me to go start breakfast for him?” Ronnie says coming back into our room. “You don’t have to.” I say with a smile. “I want to.” He says smiling back. “Well then I will come help.” I say reaching for his hand. With breakfast ready on the table we hear footsteps on the stairs. “Smells good in here.” Cyndy says sitting at the table. “I swear we can’t make anything without one of you guys smelling it before it even hits the table.” I say laughing. “What do you expect?” she says laughing too. Not too long after everyone joins us. “I’m so glad it’s Friday and we get a few days to sleep in.” I say smiling at Ronnie. “And do some other things.” He says with a wink. “Ewww.” Brandy says laughing. “Oh hush like we don’t hear you guys.” I say laughing back. “I have no idea what your talking about.” She says smiling. “im sure.” Ronnie says laughing. I take Damien to school and head back to the house. “So what shall we do with our extra time Mrs. Radke?” Ronnie asks with a smile. “You tell me?” I say with a wink. Ronnie swoops me up and carries me off to our room.

After school I decide to make a big dinner to celebrate our family. It may have been one of the best dinners ive made yet. Once were all stuffed we gather around a fire outside. “This is nice, all of us together.” I say smiling as I look around at my giant family. “Feels like this is were we were all meant to be.” Cyndy says looking up at Michael. “I completely agree.” He says smiling down at her. This moment was perfect. Each of us with the one we loved, safe from everything and everyone. Even to this day I look back at what happened 5 years ago and think that if I hadn’t been kidnapped things wouldn’t be the way they are, we wouldn’t be this close with each other. I have a loving husband and beautiful child and friends who never gave up on me. What more would any person ask for? This is what people mean when they say bad things happen for a reason. I think about this from time to time. We all had everything we ever wanted right here in our arms, or in my case inside me, I think as I feel a tiny kick inside me……..

Sorry for the shortness of this last chapter, what can I say I was beginning to run out of ideas for this. I’m considering a possible sequel if anyone has any ideas please message me, I’m open to anything! I am in the process of starting a new story although I believe I won’t post any until it’s all finished that way I don’t wanna leave you guys waiting forever for an update :) thank you guys for sticking with me this whole time it means a lot.
