Chapter 2

The Family

It was already 2:30 of the afternoon. I had won the fight against the Succubus, but my body felt so weak. I've never went to the Spirit World for so long, nor have ever fought with a Demon. I did not knew I had the ability to see the history of swords in such little time, never the less fight like I did back there. I went to my physical body but felt woozy. It was normal because I was in the Spirit World for too much time.

'Young man come here this instant!'

I froze for a minute because I knew it was my teacher.

'Oh, well hello Mrs. Nieves, how are you?' Joshua spoke with a nervous face.

'In my classroom right now!' Mrs. Nieves said furious.

I nodded, and went walking to her classroom. If she knew what she had in her aura would she had not screamed at me. This is the bad thing, I can't tell what I can see and do. No one would believe me anyways. I entered the classroom and the teacher sat at her table.

'Joshua, you come from a very interesting school. Your old school normally haves students that already know what they're going to study, and they're not even in high school. Tell me Joshua, What you would like to study?'

'Well Mrs. Nieves, I actually don't know what I will study. So many choices, so many Universities.'

'Yeah that's true Joshua, but it's no excuse for you to skip my class. Weren't you going to just go to the bathroom?'

'Yes Mrs. Nieves but... '

Mrs. Nieves cuts me off

'But nothing boy, you are going to have to go to the Principal office and stay after school for a week.'

I was furious with her but, I just nodded stood up and went off to the principal's office.

'Maybe the director is good?' I thought to myself.

Who knows I haven't met him personally, I just receive the e-Mail from this school. Although I didn't wanted to go to this school. My father obligated me because my stepsister went here, and he was cheapskate. So that's one of the thing that got me stuck in this school but, who cares. I'll graduate from this school and go away from my house. It's not too hard to survive in this world.

I made my way to the principal office, I stood at front of the receptionist and asked her if the director was in his office.

She spoke and said.

'Yes Joshua, he is here. He's actually waiting to meet you, so have I welcome to the school'
Said the receptionist smiling.

'o-oh, well thanks' Joshua says while blushing.

She told me to enter the office, I went and did as spoken to do.

'Ah Joshua, please. Take a seat, my name is Principal Colbert Jones. Please call me Principal Jones.' Said with strong and firm voice.

'N-nice to meet you Principal Jones, how did you knew it was me?' Joshua asked.

'I simply heard you talking to Celia our school receptionist. 'Principal Jones said.

'Oh... she did say she was waiting for me to come here, I didn't even asked her name.' I Said.

'Celia is really nice, so let's see. Why are you here Joshua?' Asks Principal Jones.

'Well Mr. Jones, I'm here because I skipped History class. But it wasn't my intention to do so. I just got lost' Joshua was lying to the principal.

'Now, are we sure about this?' Asked Principal Jones.

'Y-yeah' Joshua spoke nervously to Principal Jones.
