HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY TO EVERYONE!

Third Person POV

After Joss drove himself back to his unit, he thought that he would have a hard time falling asleep after the excitement of having a date with Copter at the coffee shop.

To his surprise, he fell asleep the moment that his head touched his pillow.

He woke up feeling refreshed and energized the following day. He knew the moment he woke up that he wanted to see Copter again.

He knew the building where Copter and the rest of the members of SBFive did their rehearsals. He was not sure if he would be allowed to go inside the building or not. He was going to try his luck anyway.

Joss knew that rehearsals started early and went far into the night, especially if the group was preparing for an upcoming performance.

Copter had mentioned to him during their coffee date that his group had been invited to be one of the guest performers for an international event that would be attended by big name celebrities. It was taking place on the first week of next month, so his group was scrambling with their rehearsals on a daily basis.

Joss tried to focus on his own work routine but found his mind going back to his coffee date with Copter. He couldn't wait to be able to get off work so that he could stop by the florist shop near the building where Copter and his group held their rehearsals.

Joss chose the most attractive bouquet of red roses from the florist shop. With a fast beating heart he made his way back to his car and carefully laid the bouquet on the back seat before driving off to the building where Copter and his group were sure to still be rehearsing far into the night.

"No visitors are allowed inside," the security guard announced at the entrance upon seeing Joss with his bouquet and with the intention of going inside the building.

"Can I at least wait in the lobby?" Joss tried to negotiate with the security guard.

"It's not allowed, sir," the guard replied.

"What time do the rehearsals finish?" Joss asked.

"It's not the same time every night," the guard informed him. "If you're lucky they might finish at eight o'clock or even earlier."

Joss looked at his watch. It was only six thirty. He had about two hours to kill before he could catch Copter coming out of the building.

Joss could not decide whether to kill time by watching a movie or just wait it out in his car which he had parked in the street right across the building. What if while he was watching a movie Copter's group had wrapped up their rehearsal. Then he would miss seeing Copter.

Instead of watching a movie, Joss decided to have an early dinner in one of the nearby restaurants.

It was a restaurant that offered mostly grilled seafood. He ordered a dish of grilled mahi mahi fillet with lemon garlic sauce. He would have wanted to order a bottle of beer with it but he didn't want Copter to smell beer on his breath when or if Joss was lucky enough to catch him later. He ordered an iced raspberry juice drink instead.

It was half past seven by the time Joss made his way back to the building where Copter and his group were rehearsing for their upcoming performance.

Joss parked his car once more on the street right across from the building. He would easily be able to see Copter and his group as they walked out of the lobby.

Then Joss remembered that since he had eaten fish for dinner, for sure his breath would smell of fish. Joss opened his glove compartment and searched around for some mint candy or mint gum. Luckily he found a still unopened pack of spearmint gum. He quickly ripped the top open and pulled out one stick from the pack. He unwrapped it and popped it into his mouth. He enjoyed the taste of the mint.

Soon he noticed a crowd gathering in front of the building. Oh no, would he have to jostle with the crowd to be able to get to Copter? Did the appearance of the crowd mean that they were expecting SBFive to come out of the building soon?

Joss quickly stepped out of his car and opened the back of his car and carefully gathered the bouquet of red roses in his arms.

His back was still turned when he heard the fans shrieking.

The first to step out of the lobby was Bas. He smiled and waved to the crowd and bravely made his way through it.

The next to come out was Tae followed closely by Tee,

Where was Copter?

Soon the crowd was shrieking, "P'Kim! We love you, P'Kim!"

Joss saw Kimmon stepping out of the building with a big bright smile, waving to his fans. Some of them were trying to give him some gift bags.

Joss held his breath and waited for Copter to step out of the building. He was ready to sprint forward and give Copter his big bouquet of roses the moment that Copter appeared.

"P'Kim, where is Copter?" Joss heard one of the fans asking Kimmon.

Joss listened closely to Kimmon's answer.

"He couldn't attend the rehearsals today," he heard Kimmon say. "He broke his ankle this morning. His foot is still in a cast."

Joss' heart sank. He could not believe what he was hearing.
