Chapter 38: Kei's Past

Kei arrived at Remora and she was confused when she saw nothing but trees and bushes.

"What? Did something go wrong with my portal? This is the back side of the base. Damn it! I need to walk towards the castle. It'll be easy in a car but gas for vehicle don't exist here, only a alien fart" Kei march forward.

Kei walk towards the woods and she can hear the battlefield. Sound of explosion and clashes of swords. She can smell a lot of blood, shimori and Shikoro.

Kei used to be a leader of the Shikoro before at Hiashi's time. She was known as the Ice Queen, Kei is powerful and Hiashi was her friend since they were kids. But their race were in a complete war.

Hiashi and Kei were best friends and they grew up together but Hiashi left Remora because Shikoro were hunting him. Since he was still a child,  unable to protect himself and his father were too busy protecting the castle.

He decided to send Hiashi to earth and that's where he met Ayuzawa. Kei became powerful as time goes by, she ascend to take the Shikoro throne but she didn't but she was tittled as the Elder Shikoro for she holds a huge amount of power.

But Kei wasn't a war freak like her race, she wanted peace, she made a friend from other race and when Hiashi returned they fought but they never intended to kill each other.

The Shikoro found out about their friendship and branded her as a traitor to their kind a lot of Shikoro tried to assassinate her but they failed because Kei is powerful.

Kei couldn't find peace because no matter where she goes there's danger and she can never find peace. Shimori & Shikoro even the normal race. She was most likely a dead woman.

Kei fell into despair and she always cry in every night. She cannot accept any of it how come she face this, she never did anything bad. All she wanted was peace between both race but how come that it was a huge mistake.

She decided to protect herself from anyone. There was a guy whom she fell in love, he showed her great kindness and made her feel better but he died by the hands of the assassin making her felt mad.

She killed every assassin that was sent to kill her. She ended their life brutally making them fear her completely. She learned that it was the Shikoro who ordered them. She held a deep grudge on her kind.

She almost find peace but it was taken from her. She decided to live on then there was a man who approached her she glare at him but he made sure he mean no harm. He said that he also wanted peace on both race just like her.

She trusted him but he broke it when he tried to kill her. She didn't mean to kill him, she was just surprised so she left. He was a Shikoro like her and she decided to not to trust anyone.

One day, she was surviving all alone in the forest when she encountered a group of shimori on her way out. She was engaged in a fight with them, she fought with soldiers and she face a powerful shimori whom she had a hard time dealing with.

Kei hasn't been in good shape that time she was weak and not strong like before. She hasn't been resting for days and she didn't eat anything so her strength depleted.

Kei fell through the ground as she was blasted by a fire ball. She struggled to get up and she realized her situation, she's going to die but she didn't care. She's already face enough so this is the end of her journey.

"This is the end for you Shikoro" he said

She gathered all her strength that was left on her, an ice vine came out of her back as she aimed at him but she failed. The man saw her ice vine, he was stunned as he stopped casting his spell and look at her with surprise and sympathy.

"Kei?" he spoke

Kei were surprised as she stared at him

"Who... Are... You...?" Kei asked

"It's me... Hiashi..."

"Hiashi?" Kei said as tears fall into her eyes

"What happened to you?" Hiashi asked and walk towards her

"Hiashi!" Kei said as she hugged him and cried

Hiashi felt how hurt she was and how much suffering she endure in the days he wasn't by her side. Hiashi took her to the base. Some shimori wasn't happy about Kei being at their base.

Hiashi ignored it because Kei wasn't a threat and he knows her. But some of them are really hard headed. Kei met Ayuzawa and Hisashi who was a kid back then.

Kei heard all shimori gossip and she doesn't want to be a burden in Hiashi. Kei said that she will leave but Hiashi didn't let her.

"You can't leave, they will keep targeting you and they will never stop until they kill you" Hiashi said

"But I don't want to be a burden" Kei said "I don't want to destroy your reputation"

"No means no" Hiashi said

"But-" Kei said

"No" Hiashi said

Ayuzawa decided to speak

"May I suggest another way?" Ayuzawa said

"What is it?" Hiashi said

"Miss Kei why don't you go to the place where I was born, it was the planet earth. I have a place there and my family were a keeper of shimori. They will help you" Ayuzawa said

"Really? But I am shikoro" Kei said

"I can see that you have a pure heart and that's enough for us to look after you" Ayuzawa said "From now on, you are part of my family"

Kei were touch by Ayuzawa's kindness, she hugged her and Ayuzawa did the same. Kei went to earth and she was greeted by Ayuzawa's family.

Kei decided to live in peace at earth.

At present....

Kei arrived at the battlefield and she saw Hiashi fighting. She decided to help them.

"Kei! Good thing your here!" Hiashi said

"I was lost earlier, sorry for being late" Kei said

"Your just in time!" Hiashi said

"This goddamn beast don't know how to stop huh?" Kei said

"Oh yes they don't!" Hiashi said

"Just like old days huh" Kei said

"Yeah just like old days" Hiashi said

"Where's Y/N and Tzuyu?" Kei asked

"Inside protected by soldiers" Hiashi said

"Okay and now who are those brown coated beings?" Kei asked

"Tzuyu's clan" Hiashi said

"What her clan? So there are more of them out there?" Kei asked

"Yeah" Hiashi said

"Wow" Kei said

"Let's wind this War?!!" Hiashi yelled

The Shimori Cheered.
