Sayaka is standing on a platform slightly above her stage, in her performing outfit. The stage has her friends/group members standing on it. Monokuma presses a red button and Sayaka gets locked into a small cage. Some music notes fly past the screen and spell out:

Some words in big, red letters flash up on the screen behind Sayaka, reading out !SING!. Sayaka begins to sing along to the words now appearing on the screen, which are lyrics to her most famous songs (like a karaoke machine). Sayaka is still singing and doing well, when one of the words of the song glitches out and turns red - making a different word. Sayaka sings this word instead of the real lyric, and sees a knife (almost exactly like the one in her canon death) flying through the air towards her. She waits for it to hit her, still singing the song, but the knife flies past. To Sayaka's horror she watches the knife fly into one of her friends' head, pink blood everywhere and her friend now dead on the ground. 

Sayaka is crying now, but still trying to sing. Because of her sobbing and screaming due to her friend's death, she messes up another lyric. The next knife comes through the air, stabbing her next friend in the chest.

 This happens twice more along the same lines, with Sayaka messing up a note then one of her friends being stabbed. 

Now, Sayaka has fallen to the floor of the cage, still singing and crying. It has been going well for a while, until suddenly the whole screen turns red and the lyrics no longer appear. Sayaka is too busy thinking about her poor friends to remember the lyrics and gives up. She watches about 15 knives float in the air a few metres away from her. She stands and starts saying "No.. No! NO NO NO!!" as the knives slowly get closer to her. A glitched countdown appears on the screen, saying: 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5-- and when the countdown reaches 5, it glitches again. Sayaka laughs in relief, thinking she can get out of the cage somehow because her execution was broken. She is crying with happiness, when, for a split second, the screen reads 0! and the knives stab through Sayaka instantly. She stood there for a second with blood dripping down everywhere, and falls down. When she falls the cage and platform she is on disassembles itself and her corpse falls and lands with her other friends in a heap.
