Its raining today. Just like any other day.

You've always loved the rain. Especially at night.

Its been 2 weeks since your significant other, Izzu left for his local tour.

What can you say, he's chasing his dream to become an idol and you can't stop that.

Even though you know he's busy with his work, he always have time to call you at night after his group were done with the performance for the day.

"Have you eaten?"

"Make sure not to stay up late tonight."

"Take care of yourself."

Those are the questions frequently asked by your significant other in tired voice.

It's a sweet gesture.

You can't wait for him to get home.

Two weeks without him past slowly.

When will he get back?

It was Tuesday, you went out with your friends to the mall to help them find something to wear for their date later tonight.

Being a great friend you are, you went along with them.

Little did you know, there's a surprise waiting for you at home.

"Hey, do you think this will suit me?" Your friend asked while holding a brightly coloured dress in front of her.

Sweat form on your forehead. "I think it's a bit too bright." You laughed nervously.

"You're right, don't want my boyfriend to be blind before our wedding!" She said cheerfully before placing the cloth back to its designated place. You hummed, delighted that she follows your opinion.

You were browsing through the multiple selection of skirts when your dear friend gasped dramatically at her phone. You turned to look at her, puzzled with what the hell is going on.

She quickly put her phone in her pocket before dragging you by the arm out from the store.

"Wh-what's wrong?" You asked, trying to keep up with her quick strides. She glanced at you with mischievous glint in her eyes.

"I got a message from my bf that there is something wrong with our cat! I have to go home. And since I drove you here, I will send you home. Don't want you to be left here now are we?" She said with fake sadness.

But since you're to shock, you didn't catch her tone.

"Really? I hope your cat is alright." You said with worry.

She smiled reassuringly.

"I'll see you later (Y/n), bye!" With that, her car zoomed past your house.

You wait for a few seconds before walking up the pavement to your shared house with your significant other, Izzu.

You took the key from your house key from your handbag. Looking up at the door, it was slightly ajar. Did someone break into your house?

You cautiously open the door frame slowly, peeking your head inside to see the surroundings.

'What...?'

You were confused. Why is there flowers petals all over the floor?

You closed the door behind you before following the petals. It leads to the dining room.

You gasped loudly, shock with what you're seeing in front of you.

The lights were off, the room was only being lit with candles that were placed on the dining table. Aside form the candles, there's also a small round cake with white frosting. Small cuts of multiple type of fruits decorated the top of the cake.

Standing in the middle of the room were your significant other, Izzu. In his hands was a beautiful looking bouquet of roses. He smiled at you.

You were still in shock, hands on your chest. Aren't he's supposed to be back next week? What is he doing here?

"Why are you still standing there? Don't you miss me?" He fake sadness with a pout.

You shook your head, finally came back from shock.

Slowly, you walked towards him. Only the table were separating you two.

"What...?" Is the only thing you could say.

"Just bring your pretty little butt here." He opened his arms to accept your hug.

You rushed to his arms without any questions.

You were at your happiest when you're with him. No doubt.
