During the Enclave election Garnite won the election then they would begin reforms with the Enclave by making the Enclave's objective to win the hearts and minds of people of the wasteland. They would launch a invasion of New Reno while trying to cover their tracks from the NCR after annexing New Reno they would begin a purge of the Purity party. They spread out propaganda messages to the citizens of the NCR while the Enclave is expanding their territory. When the time was right the Enclave declared war on the NCR and starting a rebellion in the NCR. After dealing with the NCR and Desert Rangers the Enclave began reforms to improve the country, rebuilding infrastructure, giving equal rights to friendly mutants and gouls, improving the people's lives, starting vaccination programs, and dealing with NCR guerrillas. They would eventually create the New World Party which focuses on rebuilding America and the wasteland. Later on the Enclave would reform the United States government. They would eventually make contact with the Rio Grande Republic and forging a alliance with them. The American government would go to war with the Brother Hood and destroying them. The Legion will then set it's eyes on the US. When the Eagle and the Bull clash the Legion were quickly decimated by the Americans due to the Enclave having experience along with air superiority, a large industry, power armor, advanced technology, and their Rio Grande ally attacking the Legion south. The Legion would soon fall to the American and Rio onslaught. The American government will later on unite the western coast by making a alliance with house and later have them reintegrate into the Union while also peacefully reintegrating other territories. Today the Enclave and Rio Grande Republic stand as the sole super powers of the West Coast.
