.2 Cups all-purpose flour
1 cup suagr, divided
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/3 cup unsweetend cocoa powder
1 1/4 cups milk
2 eggs
1/3 cups vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Preheat oven to 400°F line 15 standard (2 1/2 inch) muffin cups with paper baking cups or spray with nonstick cooking spray.2. Combine flour, 3/4 cup sugar, baking powder,
Baking soda and salt in medium bowl. Remove 1 1/2 cups mixture to separate medium bowl; stir in chocolate chips. Stir cocoa and remaining 1/4 cup sugar into remaining flour mixture.3. Beat milk, eggs, oil and vanilla in another medium bowl. Add half of milk mixture to each bowl of dry ingredients. Stir each batter separately just until moistend. Spoon white and chocolate batters side by side into prepared muffin cups, filling about there fourths full.
4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into centers comes out clean. Cool muffins in pans on wire racks 2 minutes.

• black frosting
• white frosting
• yellow or gold frosting
• Green and Red chocolate buttons or m&ms
• Red and green cake writing gelFor design A.

- Draw crown using yellow or gold frosting
