"You're nothing like I expected. Not that it matters. Those who were once good, die just as easily." the man walks around Ladybug and Rena Rogue.

The man begins to transform. Ladybug and Rena Rogue look taken back. The man transform into an alien. Ladybug and Rena Rogue step back in shock.

"You can't fool me with an illusion Ladybug. My mind is too powerful." the alien says as he approaches Ladybug.

"Wait wait! You said I was good once! What happened to me? Shouldn't I know first?" Ladybug asks.

The alien's third eye opens. "As you wish." as he extends his hand towards Ladybug and his third eye glows.

"Bear witness to a coming Armageddon, that you created six months from now, one that destroys your own planet." the alien speaks.

Ladybug slowly looks at the alien, dumbstruck.

"It's already happen Ladybug. That's why I, Despero, have to kill you." Despero says as he clenches his fist.

Ladybug was breathing, looking at Despero. She was still dumbstruck on what she saw.

"It's how I save our world." Despero states.

"In another time, on another world..." Despero begins to walk around Ladybug. "We could've fought side by side, you and I. There's great strength from you Ladybug. But I've seen your future. The lives you take. The betrayals you revel in. You're the most dangerous kind of killer." he stops in front of Ladybug and points at her. "Because you hide in the body of a hero" Despero lowers his finger.

"Ever since I got my miraculous, I've been helping the people of Paris. Stopping the akumas and preventing Shadowmoth from destroying Paris. All I'm asking for is a chance to prove I'd never throw my back on it." Ladybug says.

Despero eyes glow. "WHY SHOULD I BELIEVE YOU?!"

"Because I'm Marinette Dupain-Cheng. And I got nothing to hide." Marinette says.

Despero eyes stop glowing. He smirks as he nods. "Your boldness impresses me Ladybug. And has earned you a stay of execution."

"Many times in the past, the pain you suffered nearly crushed you. But soon a new despair will befall before you. And it will create an unbroken chain of sorrow, your mind will crack." Despero says.

Ladybug look skeptical.

"And with it the world ends." Despero says.

"I'd worry more about tomorrow if I were you. I don't know the details of what will happen... But I know tomorrow is the beginning of the end." Despero walks up to Ladybug. "Your end." he gets closer to Ladybug. "I've granted you a chance to define destiny but I'll be staying close by." Despero gets a little close to Ladybug's face. "As soon as I sense your mind turning mad, I'll find you."

'I'll be watching. I'll be watching.' Despero voice could be heard in Ladybug's head.

Ladybug touches her head as she looks up.

'I'll be watching.' Despero voice continues to echo in Ladybug's mind.

Ladybug turns around and throws her yo-yo. She swings away.
