The cold wind blew threw my brown hair causing me to shiver , my arm rested on the balcony fence resting my body down on it .

I was in a daze looking around the street , I think I'm in love with the place i live in , my eyes wandered around the streets moving from person to person they all seem happy , everyone seem to know each other , and it always felt to me like we were a big family , I've always liked the warmth of the street , the way the buildings get together like their hugging each other

Call me wired but I always find beauty in the simplest things .

A hand wrapped around my waist making me jump a little , I crocked my head to the side only to find lola

"Lola , you scared me" I sighed smiling and looked back at the street , something about her always cheer me up , maybe cause that spark she always has when she show up anywhere .

"What you're looking at" she said and looked to where I was looking

"Who do you think it is" I said rolling my eyes and looked back at him , my heart fluttered and butterflies felled my stomach when his eyes catch mine , he looked up and gave me one of his charming smiles and waved , I waved back grinning looking like a wife who's husband just returned from world war 2 .

"You disappoint me" Lola hissed under her breath but I can hear her , I shoved her words to the side and continued looking down at him as he turned to look at some of his friends giving them that boy hand shake thing

I took the chance and quickly moved back and turned to her

"Did I look okay" I asked worry flashed in my face

"Rather than your hair looking like a nest , and your clothes .." She her eyes trailing up and down my figure

"Are you calling me fat" I threaten and came closer to her

"I never called you that!" Her eyes widen grinning and moved step away from me probably know about my tickling tsunami that's about to happen

She didn't hesitate as she run in the house and I run after her our giggles filing the empty house , i stumble into a few things but the catch her shirt in my hands , she gasped and I began tickling her all over her body her loud laughing felled the place ,

God ticklish people are always fun to miss with

I pulled back for the sake of my ear and she let out a happy sigh

We both sat down on the couch that faced the balcony , my mouth curled up in a smile when I remember what happened in the balcony , it all come like a slow motion

Tyler waving his hand as the sunlight hit his face and..

"Amelia you can do better than him" Lola sighed looking at me , my heart pinched a little at the mention of that.

I looked up at her
"You know how i feel about"
"what can I do" I shrugged

Her eyes soften and Lola's hand covered mine holding it tightly assuring me , I sighed and squeezed her hand

"I know" she said "did you hear about his new girlfriend" she said her eyebrows raised and her mouth twisted in disgust ,I winced and closed my eyes

girlfriend .

"Which one , Marian ?" I asked her hoping she would say yes

"Yeah that one , she was at his house yesterday meeting his mother" she said
