Team Building: The Marvel Smut Way

Team building Part 1

Bucky Captain and Loki were arguing again you could feel the tension as you walked into the room. Tony had called you as their “assistant” to sort them out.

You had worked for the Avengers as a agent assistant for three years but for the last three months you had been assigned purely to these three to try and resolve some of the tension they were creating in the team.

“Guys, come on calm down” you said as you entered the room thick with testosterone and tension. Three sets of eyes narrowed on you as you walked in the middle of them.

From an outsider’s point of view it would look like three giant men towering over a child as they are all over a foot taller than me I’m 5’2” in bare feet and rarely wear heels in this job.

“I’m beginning to think you all want to be sent away for a weeks team building” I said quietly knowing already that Tony would include me on this week and I didn’t want to be trap doing outdoors stuff with these three not my ideal way to spend a week.

The huff I got in response was enough  it broke some of the tension but it didn’t resolve the issues that I would have to arrange meetings for on an individual basis.

I was just about to do that when Tony marched in saying “ you four pack for your team building  flight leaves in three hours everything you need to pack is in the info here, oh before you complain its mandatory”.

I stood there rolled my eyes “thanks” and picked up the envelope with my name on it and walked out to pack.

I opened the envelope in lift to my apartment, it said on it

Sorry have to include you otherwise they will just kill one another,
But don’t worry it will be a paid vacation for you of sorts, pack lots of swimwear shorts and tops you are going to the beach lodge the others have not been told the destination just to what to pack. I expect you to still make them train but I’m cutting outside communications so cell phones won’t work there, FRIDAY will keep us in touch and if I need them I will send for them.

I shock my head slightly as JARVIS announced we were at my floor, I shared a floor with boys so I knew that they weren’t up here yet well maybe Loki might be I walked passed his door I gave it a knock just to check he was OK. I liked all three of them I just couldn’t see why they could get along.

Loki opened his door and huffed “I’m a God and this Midgardian thinks he can rule me about”

“Loki, please this is for the good of the team think of it that way you need to trust the people your going into battle with, that your brother is going into battle with.” You say softly.

“Fine, I’ll pack for you Y/n” Loki replied

I continued to my apartment to pack I put in some summer dresses and saddles, but mainly shorts, leggings swimwear, cover ups, a few t-shirts, trainers, underwear, then my ear pods, a couple of books and my tablet/ phone (I needed my books and music) and a couple of chargers (you can never be too careful) I packed my wash bag and care products.

I was ready to go. I left and locked my apartment and walked down to see everyone gathered in the common room Thor came and took my bag from me he was always the gentleman.

We were all gathered on time, we were ushered to the quinjet. Tony hadn’t told the others where we were going so when Nat dropped us off it was a shock to them. I had never been to the beach lodge so took to looking around.
